Man...these guys lived up to their name: Top Notch indeed. Timely, knowledgeable and professional which produced the desired result: clean carpets. I mean really clean carpets including removal of an olive oil stain. There was one issue of an odd stain that presented itself and they came back and fixed that within 2 weeks at no cost. We are thoroughly pleased with the work. We will use them again without hesitation. I'd give them 6 stars if that was the scale. If you need your carpets cleaned...Top Notch should be your choice. I'm glad I made the call to request and secure their services. Many thanks to Justin and James.

Awesome experience. I was kind of nervous about it, but Justin made it effortless and painless. He made my 15-year-old renters grade carpet look new again! Highly recommend.

Top Notch came to clean our carpets, three small area rugs, and one chair today. We just asked for traffic areas in the three bedrooms and office to be cleaned, and one large living/dining combo room. Justin was kind, courteous, and respectful of our home. We had a lot of carpet areas to clean, and paid for extra scrubbing - we have an old (but sweet) dog with intestinal issues. Need I say more? It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. The carpets look great. I know that as they dry some deeper spots may come to the surface and Justin said they guarantee their cleaning and they'd come back and work on those spots, which I appreciate. The cost was higher than I typically pay, but this was a bigger job than we usually have done. Justin lowered the price a bit from the estimate and gave us the $20 discount, which brought our cleaning down to $660. That's kind of high, but we'll probably call Top Notch again. Justin was very thorough.

The whole experience was very professional! The service was reasonably priced against other options in the area, and the team was very flexible with our work schedule and came to the apartment at a time that worked for us. They provided professional, timely, and thorough service and answered all of our questions that we had. I was very pleased with the communication that I received leading up to the appointment as well as during the appointment. There were no hidden fees to worry about. I was extremely impressed with this service for our house in Ridgefield, WA. Justin was awesome, I got a text when he was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time. He did wonders with a DISASTER of a carpet that had been abused by renters for over 10 years. We were ready to throw in the towel and re-carpet. He did an amazing job and now the carpet is actually useable! We're not re-carpeting thanks to Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! Also, I over-estimated how big the rooms were and he made sure he gave me the correct price, which was lower than I estimated. I really appreciated his honesty, he could have just gone with my higher estimate and said nothing, but he made sure he gave us the correct price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely use their services again in a heartbeat.

The owner Richard Grindland was excellent to work with, very professional and conscientious. My carpets look great and I couldn't be happier. Richard even put me in contact with a contractor to restretch my carpet before cleaning. I'll definitely use Mountain View Carpet Care each year going forward.

I highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Care for your carpet needs. Richard and his team arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time which being retired military is important to me. They looked around the house and let us know what was needed for our carpets. I told him that I had been doing my own carpets for a few years and was not getting the results I wanted. Richard told me the carpets would look new when they were done and he was right. They were able to get a stain out that I had been battling for a couple of years. Richard and his team were very friendly, professional and quick. I will use them for my carpet care from now on.

Not only did Rich and his wife fit us in very last minute on a Sunday morning, they did a magnificent job cleaning our carpets!! The difference in appearance and fragrance was worth every penny and they also gave us a great deal. We won't ever hire anyone else to clean our carpets as long as Mt. View Carpet Care is around!

Had our entire upstairs carpets cleaned by Mountain Carpets. They did amazing job and were very friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them and getting your carpets steamed cleaned (like getting your teeth cleaned at a dentist vs your daily brushing) carpets are left looking brighter and cleaner, plus it keeps us in compliance for our carpet warranty. The team worked well and thanks to their extra efforts my carpets were left lightly damp (vrs wet) and dried quickly.

Very professional services. Rich, the owner, worked with me from the start to make sure that I knew what to expect, he and his team were very thorough, using the "RotoVac" on my heavily soiled carpet (which hadn't been professionally cleaned in about 7 years).
The carpet looks MUCH better now - they were able to remove the stains, and treat the carpet so that it is better protected against future stains.

Rich & Dakota did an excellent job with cleaning our new-to-us RV. Knowing they have cleaned the carpets, tiles, and couch etc., we now feel much more comfortable relaxing and enjoying our new purchase. Rich really knows what he's doing, and is up to date on the newest equipment and methods for all things carpet cleaning. He really takes pride in his craft - a rare trait these days. He's also a great conversationalist and just all around friendly dude. His assistant was also on the ball and very attentive. The two worked great together and were perfectly in sync, sometimes it seemed like they could read each others minds. I have no doubt in my mind that Rich is the best around. He did an excellent job communicating when he would be at my house, and he showed up right when he said he would. If something unexpected came up and he was going to be late, I have no doubt in my mind he would've called to let me know asap. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Rich and his team are awesome, and their prices are more than reasonable - and he showed up within 24 hours of us calling. Our carpets were filthy from the kids and fur kids, and Mountain View Carpet Care made it look and smell brand new. The amount of hair and dirt he got out of the carpet was astonishing! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning job.

**Update 1 year later** We called Rich back after moving into a new house, and his ability to tackle every stain (including ModPodge and “washable” black paint- thanks to my kids!) is unmatched! We’ve never been happier with our floors as we are when he’s done with them!

Service was fast and my carpets look and feel amazing! The only trace they left was clean carpets; they even had special wall guards to prevent marking the wall with their equipment. Richard was extremely knowledgeable on carpets and cleaning techniques; you can tell he’s passionate and enjoys his work.
