Rich was great! Very professional and he told me exactly what I was going to pay. Excellent level of communication throughout the whole process - I received emails about the service date and time and text messages letting me know when Rich was on his way and when they were done. My light tan carpets had a few serious stains from kids, black grease from doors, spilled grenadine, and worst of all a yellow-tinted spot from a moss killer spray bottle leak. He got them all out and they look amazing (as if we never lived there)! Rich showed up exactly on time, even offered to be early, and his team was professional, courteous, kind, fast, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend these guys. No bull and all clean. Plus, they saved me quite a bit (estimate $5k) on new carpets. You definitely get what you pay for here! Thank you, Rich!

We had Rick clean our carpets earlier this week and were very pleased with the results. After having a bad experience with the last carpet cleaners we hired, I was hoping we had found someone that we could trust and who would do a good job.

Rich met our expectations and beyond. He was right on time. He was courteous, friendly and there was no high pressure selling of additional products. etc. I had measured all of the areas I wanted done ahead of time and he stuck right to the price quote he had given me over the phone, even when I asked him to do a couple of extra area rugs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Rich did an excellent job on our carpets. They are fresh and clean. No yellowish, sticky residue like the previous carpet company left. And they dried in a reasonable time.

Overall, Rich does great work and charges a fair and reasonable price. I feel good about recommending Mountain View Carpet Cleaning to everyone.

Richard and his crew were amazingly professional, quick and extremely thorough. I didn’t think these carpets could be saved, but now they look fantastic! They sent me notice when they were on their way, even arrived early, and walked me through everything they were going to do and if there was anything special that needed to be done. All-in-all I would highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Care to anyone. Great results, very efficient and honestly, a very great value!

Richard and his son, Dakota, did an absolutely fantastic job on our carpets which had not been cleaned in years. They had been described as "miracle workers" from two of our friends who used their services before and I have to agree. They dealt extremely well with the traffic pattern that had become very unsightly to the point where it is not noticeable if you really were not looking for it. The rest of the carpets just needed cleaning and they look new. Richard and Dakota did great at communicating with us and actually showed up on time which is a rare commodity. They had top of the life equipment (and I wish I had known about their soft pressure washing business sooner) and the knowledge to use that equipment to the fullest. I would look no further than Richard and Dakota for your carpet care needs. They took the time to care for our wood work, front porch and showed respect for the house. I certainly would use them again and highly recommend them.

What an amazing job!! detecting where the problems were followed by solutions. We had dog pee everywhere and couldn’t see it. I thought the price would go up substantially but it did not, very affordable! Communication was great and they showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Great job and very professional all around. Would use them again.

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care have over 220 5-Star ratings for a reason! We just used MVCC based on overwhelming recommendations from a couple of our neighbors who've used Rich exclusively for years. And, their enthusiastic recommendations were 100% on point! Bottom line, Rich and his son were excellent to work with and did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our carpeting (and one room that even had an entire box of red wine spilled on/in it a year ago) . . . (yes, a "BOX" of red wine). (Don't judge, haha!) They performed thorough prep, pre-treat, rotary cleaning and then rinse. Dirt gone. Stains gone. Red wine...GONE! Our carpets look and feel like new again. I will be recommending Rich and MVCC to everyone I know . . . and to all of you as well!

Rich and his son did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning the carpets in the house. There was a lot of dirt from pets and everyday wear and tear. Rich was able to see some pet stains with extra lights and glasses that he carried so that he could pre-treat those areas. Everything looks great and he was reasonably priced. His experience and attention to detail really showed while he was here and after he left. The carpets look awesome! I am so pleased and would highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Cleaning!

I called a few carpet cleaning companies in Vancouver WA and they either didn’t answer or quoted something insane for pet cleaning. Rich promptly answered the phone and was super straightforward on his process. He truly sold me on his machine. He was patient as we rounded up our animals and was in and out in an hour. Carpets smell amazing and look spotless!! He also knows just about everyone in the area and I know I can trust him for a referral for other home services. Thanks so much Rich!

I couldn’t be more pleased! They (Rich and Dakota) were so accommodating for scheduling- tho they are very busy, they notified me of their arrival (which was when they estimated they could come) SUPER professional and enjoyable to talk with, very detailed and thorough, protected corners and my “stuff”… my old carpet looks FANTASTIC (I wouldn’t have believed it could look so brand new again) and they were so efficient with their time.

Richard and his team were able to come over immediately to take care of the carpets in 2 rooms in under an hour! Not only were they fast but the carpets look and smell amazing, and his costumer service was excellent. Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care work magic! My dad had used Rich for years to clean his carpets and was always very pleased. We are now trying to sell my dad’s house and after a sibling living there, us sorting through things and an estate sale, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. I thought they needed replacing. We called upon Rich to clean the carpets one last time, with me fully expecting some of the black stains to remain. Well, Rich worked his magic and the carpets turned out way better than I expected with ALL of the stains and traffic marks gone. Very knowledgeable about carpets. These guys worked hard to get a stubborn odor from a spill on our carpet and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets over all. Great customer service, down to earth and personable with great results. I will definitely use them again!

I was doing my morning laps around Vancouver Mall this morning when I noticed someone cleaning the windows. I asked her name, and she introduced herself as Madison from Fish Window Cleaning.

I complimented how great the windows looked. They were spotless. We only talked for about five minutes, but during that short conversation she spoke very highly of the company, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. When I asked if they do residential work, she clearly explained how the process works, including that they will come out to my home and provide a free estimate, which I found very helpful. She answered my questions professionally and gave me a business card.

Even though it was a short interaction, the way she spoke about the company and the pride she takes in her work really stood out. Because of her, when it’s in my budget I’ll definitely be calling Fish to have my windows cleaned.

I wanted to write this review so this excellent interaction could be seen by others. I truly appreciated the kindness and respect she showed during our conversation. They really have a hardworking and kind employee. 😊

FISH did a great job cleaning our windows at the Credit Union! The cleaner was nice and professional. She did not rush and did a quality job. I have used FISH before and will definitely use them again in the future.
