Long story short, we needed to find someone that could clean our carpets last minute, and Rich rearranged his schedule to make that happen! He was friendly, professional, and he and his crew did an amazing job. Our carpets look brand new!! We'll absolutely will use Rich again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Rich!

Richard and his crew saved the day! We had a devastating experience with an industrial sized can of pepper spay in our home! Rich knew exactly what to do! He even advised us on how to handle the situation until he got there. He went above and beyond & got us cleaned up in record time! Richard Grinland at Mountain View is a life saver! I had scheduled an appointment with Chem Dri Carpet cleaning in Vancouver to have my carpets cleaned right before pictures were taken to sell my home. Chem Dri never showed up and after calling 4 times and speaking to two different receptionists, they said sorry they couldn’t help me.
I was upset and desperate to find someone else on a dime to clean my house before pictures tomorrow, that’s when I called Mountain View Carpet Care and Richard saves the day! He took pity in my situation and came out even after they were closed for the evening. He and his son did an awesome job! They were thorough, efficient, and got all the stains out! They even charged me less than what Chem Dri quoted me! I will forever come back to this company for all my carpet cleaning needs! There customer service and quality job is impeccable!

Just had them do my carpets, Living room, bedroom and office. Beautiful work, and even though I pointed out some animal spot areas, they let me know that they didn’t see a need for the extra priced cleaning supplies, the regular would be good enough. Quick job, excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

Mountain View Carpeting was called at the last minute after another carpet cleaner had to cancel. They worked us into their busy schedule to accommodate our having guests arrive the next day. They did an excellent job cleaning the pet stains from the previous owners pets and the carpets looked new. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Rich is a really nice and professional guy who does amazing work with some really nice cleaning equipment! I just thought my carpet was dirty, but found out my carpet was filthy! This is my third experience with Mt View carpet. I would recommend Richard to anybody. His prices are fair, he is prompt and he is very honest. I had red food coloring on my carpet and he told me up front he may not be able to get it out. He did a great job the dye is still there not for lack of trying but richard referred me to another professional to help replace that part of my carpet, saving me money in replacing the whole carpet. I needed carpet cleaning for my house and found Mountain View online. They had good reviews so I thought I’d give them a try. Received a call back really quickly. The quote provided was clearly explained and the price was better than the other companies I had contacted. They arrived early and got the work done really fast. Also offered drying advice for the carpet. The cleaning looks great and I’ll definitely use Mountain View again.

I have a little dog (Walter) who to say the least has struggled with potty training. When I say struggled, I mean he’s the worst dog I’ve ever owned. He is a dachshund and is 2 years old and is barely better than a brand new puppy. Ughhh! I have tried to clean his numerous spots with my own carpet cleaner but have always been unable to get the entire stain up. Mountain View Carpet Care was recommended to me from my daughter. I decided to give them a try. Richard was able to get me scheduled quickly, showed up on time and was very professional. He showed me with the black light how many times Walter has been a bad dog and I was sick. After the treatment my carpets are beautiful and my home feels so much fresher. I will recommend Richard and Mountain View Carpet Care every chance I get. I will also recommend never getting a dachshund.

Richard was very honest, professional, timely and very communicative! I called about my rental property and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP and he was able to squeeze me in day of and was in and out within an hour ! The carpets are so clean, smell amazing and he even sprayed the walls where the previous owners animals had used as their bathroom.
