We had our windows cleaned by Fish after a home remodel. The windows that were cleaned look great, however one of the main windows in our house, being our stairway that we see multiple times everyday was not cleaned.

Our bid included this window. The technician was not able to clean the window due to no access. A $4 deduction was made to the final bill because that window wasn’t cleaned.

I spoke with Fish to have them resolve this issue and finish the job that we were bid on. I let them know that during the bid process, this should have been mentioned and we could have made access for a ladder to be used.

It is my understanding, this company is not equipped with the tools that other window cleaning companies have, as they do not have tooling that can reach windows on the 2nd floor without use of a ladder. Pretty common to have extension poles that can reach.

Not happy with the customer service. Was told we need more than a $4 deduction for not cleaning a window. Mind you the bill was upwards of $500 for around 20 windows. So one window is more than just $4. He offered to do a $6 deduction.

If you want good customer service and a professional job, stay away from Fish

Today I had such a positive experience with Fish Window Cleaning. I was outside of Sleep Bargains in Vancouver, WA, getting ready to get into my car (I use a wheelchair), and one of their employees — she told me her name was Madison — noticed I was struggling a bit. She immediately came over and kindly asked if I needed help. She held my wheelchair steady so I could get in safely, and then she even placed my chair in the back for me.

She was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuine. When I asked about the company, she spoke very highly of it and said she really loves her job. It truly showed in the way she carried herself. On top of that, the windows she had just cleaned looked fantastic!

It was such an amazing interaction and really made my day. Fish Window Cleaning is lucky to have someone like Madison representing them! Highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with our window cleaning service today. Roger the owner, was incredibly accommodating, especially after we had to reschedule several times due to unforeseen issues with packing for our move. Janae, the young lady who came to clean the windows arrived on time, was professional, pleasant, and very respectful of our home and surroundings. Her work ethic was obvious, and the results were excellent! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would gladly give them 10 stars!
