I have been working with this landscaping company for over a year and I could not be more pleased with the service they provide to us. This is a large property, but the team is immaculate in their detail and consistency. The grass is green and even, the weeds are nowhere to be found, and their schedule means all the things that need attended to get attention at the right time! Could not be more pleased! Johnny Burrows is my GEM and is exceedingly communicative and thorough! This is a great business relationship and definitely recommend their services!

Great follow up, very kind and patient. Just swung by the house really quick between appointments to take a look at my sprinkler system that they rebuilt for me. I could not get it to work. He figured it out in 2 minutes. It was a single control wire that needed to be reconnected to talk to the valve boxes.

We bought our house from people who weren't able to care for the yard, so it was a mess. Theirs was the "Oh, we like this plant, let's get it - and figure out where to put it later" method, so the "garden" was random, and not pleasantly so. NOW, though, the front and back have new sod, new plants, and even better, new stairs from the deck. It looks great and we are very happy with it. The crew was professional and friendly, and got the job done with no wasted time. Yay!

We have been using Gro for since early 2021 for commercial properties and have not been disappointed. Beginning of 2024 they acquired Johnny Burrows as our GEM. Johnny has been an amazing addition to the Gro team, always there to answer any questions you may have, as well as just keeping you updated on the process. Johnny is very approachable and listens to his client's needs as well as providing excellent feedback.

We call on GRO every year for our winter and spring irrigation maintenance and have used them for a handful of other projects around the house... removing some vegetation, fixing a water feature, etc... and have always had great results. Our GEM, Johnny, has been great to work with every time; always showing up when he says he will, working with us to get our needs just right, and ensure that the jobs are done perfectly. They're always our first and only call when we need someone who knows what they're doing in the yard.

Very professional and thorough from initial meeting, development of estimate, communication about scheduling project, and then through the actual installation and other work. Johnny and Ignacio very easy to work with and the work-crewmembers were awesome! Good value for our money.

My New Traditions housing developer contact put me in touch with GRO directly because I wanted something different from the standard landscape packages offered for my backyard. I met with Lucas to discuss just the basics of what I was looking for. Not being familiar with the best plants for my area, I relied upon his expertise to develop a plan that would work for me. I was blown away by his design! It certainly met my criteria, but went beyond what I could've imagined! There were some added enhancements to the front yard, as well. Michael oversaw the actual installation of the plan and it's stunning! I couldn't be happier with my new home's landscaping! I know I'll be enjoying more time outside as a result. Can't say enough good words about our completed project with GRO. The initial estimate for a new travel trailer parking spot from Johnny Burrows (GRO Experience Manager) was not the least expensive we received but was certainly the most thorough and comprehensive. We accepted the estimate and the work completed by Michael Czupryn (Project Manager) and his crew is exceptional. Project was completed in one day with no issues at all. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend GRO.

Craig presented us with a gorgeous design plan that reflected our aesthetic needs only 2 days after we initially met with him. Erik the project manager, always responsive, supervised Manuel and Cruz as they implemented the design with the utmost care and skill, which included constructing a flag stone walkway, dry creek bed, planting a variety of trees, shrubs, and grasses, adding to and adjusting our irrigation system and installing low voltage lighting for a lovely night display.

Gro did a fabulous job from start to finish with my landscaping project. My project designer was Johnny and he was very responsive to my needs, quickly gave me a bid for the work and kept in touch with me when the project was supposed to begin. The crew that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant to communicate with, and checked in with me on a regular basis to assure that I was included in any decisions. The lead person, Ignacio was very knowledgeable and helped me in deciding where the plants would look best since I am not a visionary. All the guys that performed the prep work and final steps were hard workers, very courteous and did an excellent job cleaning all the dirt and bark off the driveway, and they also repaired the sprinklers. Johnny stopped by the next day to follow up on how the job went and to assure that I was happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Gro for future projects!

Colby, Elijah, and the rest of the team at GRO were outstanding when we wanted to completely renovate an existing bathroom and add a 1/2 bathroom, all under a very tight schedule. Our house was built in 1946 and presented a lot of challenges and surprises along the way. They worked with us as a team and found ways to pivot on a dime at times, but always with smiles on their faces and a positive, problem-solving attitude. They worked with us on developing a realistic budget and came in right on budget AND a week early on the schedule.

I have project managed many residential and retail construction projects over the years and I have never walked away from a project as happy with the process and the team as we fortunately did with our own home. GRO will be our contractor of choice for any future projects and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality team and a quality result.

We are extremely impressed with the rapid germination process of our new yard. We initially anticipated that the grass would take several weeks to grow, but within just one week, it reached nearly two inches. This remarkable growth came from seed alone, which is truly incredible. We believe this success is a direct result of the high-quality work and products provided by GRO.

Additionally, we are very satisfied with the follow-up service from GRO. After contacting them about some trouble spots, our service manager, Johnny Burrows, promptly arranged for these areas to be evaluated and addressed.

This is the third job we've had Gro do for us. Every time we've worked with them, we have been impressed with the communication, quality of work, timeliness, and most of all the way they make the whole area, not just the job area, look better than when they started. Juan, Alfredo, and Evelio put in a patio extension for us with pavers and an edging. Their attention to detail was absolutely amazing in creating the pattern, the curves, and the straight lines.
