We had GRO add sod, pavers, and river rock to our yard. They also added onto our sprinkler system. During the course of the job, we decided on a few changes, and Craig was extremely accommodating. The price was reasonable, the work was excellent quality and done timely, and the finished job was exactly how we wanted it. Ignacio and his crew were the best.
We have had numerous compliments on the improvements they did to our yard. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to make improvements to their yard.

I've got a giant hill of ivy in my backyard that has gotten quite unwieldy. I called Gro, and spoke with Alba, who was so nice and got me immediately scheduled for a walk through with Johnny. Johnny has been so on top of keeping us informed of what's going on, and has made sure all of our lawn needs are addressed. Looking forward to continuing with Gro and having a beautiful lawn :)

Gro did the original landscaping and irrigation for my new Quail home in the Vancouver, Lakeview area. Later, I decided to have them replace mulch with crushed rock on a side pathway. Both jobs were progessionally done. It was easy to work with both the GRO Experience Manager on the plan and quotr and the Production Manager on the actual job. Up to four individuals worked on the gravel pathway and did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well. Paying the bill was easy online. Phone calls are picked up immediately-Great communication. GRO also has a retail supply business that I can visit to purchase stuff for a future DIY backyard garden project. Thanks: Heather, Alba, Ignacio and his hard working team. It ain't work for sissies!

Johnny (our GEM) and the GRO team were great to work with. From the planning to the execution, their communication was professional and on point. Ignacio and his crew were enjoyable to work with and got the job done fast! We are so happy with our new beautiful walkway!

We are so happy with the landscaping work we had done at our home! We have had the team of Ignacio Anguiano, Delfino Santos and Felix Torres do many jobs for us at our home. From start to finish, for every job, they were professional, reliable, and extremely detail oriented. They transformed my yard into a beautiful space, and everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. They always go the extra mile with their work on the job and with the complete clean up afterwards. We will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend contacting Craig Dehning at GRO because he is awesome to work with. Anyone looking for top-quality landscaping cannot go wrong with GRO.

GRO did a landscaping project at our house that involved moving a lot of dirt, bringing in 110+ tons of boulders, creating pathways and drainage. At every point they did the job professionally and correctly. Our project manager Erik was attentive and responsive, checking in on the progress regularly and responding to our inputs. If something wasn't just right aesthetically, the team quickly reworked it to our satisfaction. We had several change orders and GRO was quick to give us a quote and quick to perform the changes. Also they worked rain or shine and even when the weather was in the 40s--they worked hard to deliver the project on time and on budget. GRO is known for being a little more expensive, but I found their willingness to negotiate pricing to be refreshing and fair.

I wish I had the experience of the other reviewers as this seems like a great company! Maybe they are just getting things set-up in Bend?

They do our front yard landscape maintenance and this is our lawn currently. Despite multiple attempts to reach out it still doesn’t not look professionally maintained. In Bend, I would go with someone else unfortunately.

Johnny Burrows (GEM) was great to work with from initial contact until the project was complete. He offered good suggestions, picked out the products and kept us informed. Very pleased with GRO and the results, our front lawn area looks great.

We had a grassy backyard that would puddle with swampy spots even though we have a French drain with a pump. We asked Bob, landscape architect at GRO, to give us a solution. After looking at our yard, he said there really isn’t anything that can be done other than to redo it all from the ground up. After saying so, he had an epiphany. What if he drew up a rain garden? It was quite brilliant. To say we love it is an understatement. Not only is it visually engaging with rocks and various sized stones, it is a feast for the eyes with diverse plants and grasses. Well done GRO! Additional shoutout to Ignacio who made game time additions and changes like incorporating the new area with the perimeter gravel to finish out the masterpiece!

Working with Gro has been nothing but a positive experience for me and my husband. Johnny(our PM) was new to his commitment, and was incredibly easy to work with. Ignacio and the crew were efficient and very professional; they asked for feedback and were able to deliver.

GRO landscaping has been great to work with, so far. It started with an extensive walk through of the property and all the clean up that needed to be done before regular maintenance could begin. I met with Johnny the "GEM" or as most industries would call them their rep. Johnny was very professional and noted all of the things that I would like them to take care of and the things that I would be taking care of. ( backstory: I am a foreman line clearance journey arborist with an ISA & pesticide license with over 15 years of experience, needless to say I don't have time for my landscaping. I do have high expectations, professionalism, and saftey on my jobsites & at my home)
That being said the clean up crew arrived & exemplified all of the above. The crew was awesome and did a fantastic job. Shortly after the crew arrived their general foreman ( Ignasio) arrived and did a walk through with of the property. Again very professional. After the crew was finished, I did another walk through with their crew leader and was very happy with their work. They took a total of 5 yards of brush, "flat packed".
The following day Johnny came back out to my property to look over the work and had noticed a couple things that he would have liked to have been done on the first visit. I told him that is wasn't a huge deal and they could get it on their next visit but he insisted it be taken care of immediately and sent a crew out that day. Now going back to my own profession, I highly admire this from a company because I would have done the exact same thing.
The crew followed up later that day and finished the detail work & did a fantastic job. Its been a great experience so far working with GRO, Johnny, Ignasio, and the crew. I look forward to having a great working relationship & recommend them to anyone that's looking for the same experience that I've had.

We had a backyard project that started out as adding a hot tub pad and luckily working with Colby and the team at GRO the project grew into something so much better. Added to our upper and lower outdoor living spaces with a sunken area for hot tub. Upper deck area has screens and heaters for year around outdoor living. Colby and Josh were very helpful through out project and all of the sub contractors were true professionals. Couldn't be happier with finished product.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and customer care that we experienced with GRO. Johnny was amazing as our GEM. So kind and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and checked in for each step of the process. Ignacio and his team worked incredibly hard on our project which included placement of a truckload of river rock. We couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. They had everything completed in one day and it all looks amazing. We are so pleased and highly recommend GRO.

I like how they take care of our yard; for example, fixing the placement of our sprinklers, fertilizing, winterizing, etc. They take care of everything without you having to think about it.

Gro constructed stone steps and a large paver patio on our new home. Each project brought its own set of difficulties in design and construction, and the Gro rep and workers were creative partners and very conscientious. The work is outstanding, the experience was great. We definitely got what we paid for.
