Our HOA hired Neighborhood Lawn Care to care for all 28 lawns and common areas last year. Their team was one of the most responsive, helpful teams we have worked with yet. If you reach out to them, they get back to you timely and will patiently answer all your questions (helpful for me, as I know almost nothing about landscaping). Kelly and Andrew are very knowledgeable and professional. They take good care of even the most sensitive of plants, shrubs and trees. Also, Andrew fixed a bunch of issues we had with our sprinkler & irrigation system, saving us thousands of dollars on our water bill last year. I would recommend this team to anyone.

What a great small business! I'm an avid gardener, working on my backyard habitat certification. Andrew and his team are honest, responsive, organized and fairly priced. They've done my lawn aeration twice and are on my schedule for dethatching, as well as a drip irrigation installation. Andrew has been incredibly helpful with advice and recommendations. They are punctual, and great with communicating and billing, which is so helpful to anyone with a busy schedule.

Andrew showed up on time. He accurately diagnosed the problems with my residential sprinkler system. He quoted the prices before he started working, and he got my irrigation system working again. Andrew and his crew did an amazing job at bringing our lawn back to life after winter and prior neglect. The weeds are gone, the bare areas have filled in with new grass, and the edging always looks really nice, and the driveway and sidewalks have no debris. His crews are fast and efficient too. I never knew how much of a difference there could be in services provided with a landscape maintenance provider. Mowing a yard is just mowing a yard right?

NO WAY! Listen, I have had nice people mow my yard before. The difference between someone mowing your yard and someone professionally maintaining it is similar to comparing a vending machine to a Steak and Lobster dinner. Sure they both provide food – but they are in no way similar.

Signing an ongoing service agreement with the Distinctive Team was the best investment I have made to our family home. I just smile when I drive into my driveway and realize they were by that day. The bushes are sculpted, the flower beds are raked, the hard surfaces are blown clean, and yes – the grass is mowed. When people walk by my yard now – they stop and take pictures while posing by my flowers. This has never happened before.

The price comparison for having the BEST take care of your needs and having the other guy is a non issue. It doesn’t exist. If you listen to me and Call Matt, you will be wondering why you waited so long. I consider this note a public service. Call Distinctive now.
