Fantastic company! From the moment we got their estimate by wonderful David to the completion of the job by Baltazar and Roberto. They came on time, they planted our burnt trees in record time. They were respectful and friendly Thank you Simply Lawns!!!!

Simple Lawns is a fantastic family run company that cares about your satisfaction. David meet with me several times to understand what my wife and I envisioned as this was a complete makeover of our front and rear landscape. The plan included removing all the old lawn, transplanting some existing plants, adding all new sod, adding new irrigation, over 70 plants, and paved pathways. We worked and re- worked the design and plant list based on David's expert knowledge of what grows well in shade and in sun and how big they will grow in the years to come and what they look like as the seasons change.
When work began Ricky, Felipe, and Armondo were the experts that made it all happen. They were polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my "fine tuning" of the project as things went along. I can't say enough good things about these 3 gentlemen. They were fun to work with.
When it was all said and done Simple Lawns followed up to make sure my wife and I were satisfied. We absolutely loved the finished project and while we are already enjoying it we also can't wait to enjoy it as the plants mature in the years to come. BTW, my neighbors think it looks fabulous as well.
If you have taken the time to read this long review I can only guess you are seriously looking for a great landscape company. Please take my sincere recommendation to hire these people. You will be very grateful you did.

This has been a great company to work with. David and Eddie helped me develop the plans for my yard, and made the whole process so easy. Augustine and Carlos absolutely crushed it. They worked hard all day. Always very kind and respectful. Very meticulous with the paver and turf laying. Which all turned out absolutely perfect. What these two did in two weeks would have taken me several months. Greatly appreciate this whole team. I would give more stars if I could.

We had a great experience with Simple Lawns. Our project manager, Igor, was excellent. He was clear in his communication, very responsive, and always focused on making sure the job was done right. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire project. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend Simple Lawns, especially if you get to work with Igor on your project team.

So, so happy with my service! They installed a frecnh drain in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Reasonable prices, follow up customer service and a great crew who did the work. I will definitely use the again for my landscaping needs. Thank you!

From start to finish they were very professional and had great communication! Oleg came out to help give me an estimate and asked very helpful questions of what we were wanting. When we changed our minds on a couple things, he came back out to help adjust as needed. Having to come back to the same spot could be annoying, but Oleg was happy to help! Roberto and Omar work their butts off and did such an amazing job! Love our new yard and flower beds! They answered my questions and asked questions to make sure we got what we were hoping for! Igor was our project manager and he has built a great team! Was honest and helpful when it came to helping with our sprinkler system too. Definitely plan to have them do the backyard in the spring! 10/10 would recommend them. Very fair pricing as a cherry on top

I’m really happy with this job from Simple Lawns, and would happily recommend them.

Mike was great to work with. I called because I had dead sod and dreams of building a garden, so I asked him to tear it up (including plastic mesh) to replace with bark dust and he said “no problem”. Then he looked at all the other little landscaping jobs around the property and said “we can do that” 😍

Edwardo then came out to do the work and I was blown away by how skilled and efficient he is. Check out the pics as they say it all: two days this man did twice as well what would have taken me two weeks.

Now the whole place is a blank slate for me to work with. Thanks so much!

They gave me a safe walkway replacing my cinder block stairway, replaced what was left of a 60 year old retaining wall and gave me a dry creek for erosion control with underground drainage. Augustine and Carlos are fantastic. The work was beyond expectations. I was really uneasy with such a big project and now relieved it was in such good hands!

The Simple Lawns team was incredible to work with from start to finish. I came in with some idea of what I wanted, but leaned heavily on their suggestions and I'm glad I did. Oleg was very helpful for the initial design of things, and then the crew (Agustin, Carlos, Gerardo, and Alberto) did a fantastic job redoing my messy backyard into something that can actually host and entertain friends and family. They will be the first ones I call when I want future landscaping work done.

Simple Lawns just completed a project for us, and we could not recommend enough.

Each step of the project was easy, thoroughly taken care of, and put us at ease. From the initial consult with David (who came out not once, but twice at our request), to the project managing with Igor (super communicative and keen eye for detail), and to the amazing crew of Marvin & Diego (thorough and meticulous with years of experience), we would suggest you look no further than these guys.

They really provided an all-in-one shop that allowed collaborative design discussions and updates throughout the project to make sure our vision was clear and produced a final product we are excited to use (and show off).

Zero surprises with pricing as well, and you can tell they want to make sure you're happy. Trust me, go with these guys.

We have been a maintenance client of Simple Lawns for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the job Eduardo has done on our landscaping. Recently, we collaborated with Oleg on enhancing our landscaping, which involved installing a new fence and updating some of our plants. He was thorough and very patient, listening to all of my concerns. The PM, Igor, showed up a few days before the plants were installed to ensure that all of our concerns and vision were understood. Igor showed up with Roberto, Omar (who did an excellent job removing some plants and properly planting new ones), and they arrived promptly on planting day, despite the rain, to lay everything out and double-check that we loved their placement. Highly recommend Simple Lawns for maintenance and/or any updates you plan to make to your yard. They are a fantastic and caring company.

We have a very small lawn - literally just a townhome with a little fenced back yard and a long flower bed along the side road. We reached out to Simple Lawns as part of seeking multiple bids to get some work done. I had most of a design put together myself already.

The folks who came out to do the bid were nice - then they had the gall to charge $530 for a 'landscape design' done on computer that was very similar to what I had already put together. I am furious about that. For comparison, a competing company hand drew beautiful plans with a ton of additional ideas I hadn't thought of for $400. They were so pretty they could have been art!

Their bid was also thousands more than competing bids.

For icing on the cake, they texted and emailed what I feel were an excessive number of times wanting to proceed despite having been told on numerous occasions that I was out of state dealing with a family emergency. I understand they want to be proactive and have a business to run, but it was like spam at times.

I am very glad we shopped around, even though we had to pay over $500 just to learn that Simple Lawns isn't the company to deal with.

The Simple Lawns landscaping team has been so easy to work with. They arrive as committed, are quick, thorough and efficient, plus when I asked them to help put in a little trench for drainage in the front yard took care of that before they finished up for the day. Thanks, guys!!
In addition, when I requested help improving my landscaping, Oleg turned ideas about what I wished formy into a workable plan. He listened effectively, laid out the design, then was patient with my questions and requested changes. Then Igor, Omar and Roberto made that plan a reality, with irrigation, drainage, new sod and plantings and a lovely walkway into my fenced yard. An outstanding crew!

I’m beyond impressed with the results of my yard! The team was hardworking and efficient. They removed all the weeds, trimmed the bushes and trees, and transformed both our front and backyard. Our overgrown landscaping now looks amazing thanks to their excellent work!

Simple lawns did a great job with our backyard. We started with dirt only and they created a beautiful landscape. From the design Oleg did to Igor running the project they were great. Ricardo and Allen killed it with the work every day. We are very happy with how it all turned out.

Simple Lawns did a fantastic job on my front yard retaining wall project. Previously, I had a completely unusable slope to deal with, which was eroding out from under a ton of half dead vinca. Now, I have a stable, usable, and gorgeous front yard. This wall is SOLID. Agustine and Carlos are a great team and worked incredibly hard to to demo, excavate, and build the wall. Eddie (project manager) was proactive with communication and kept me in the loop during the whole project. I definitely recommend this company! Before and after pics included.

We had our front yard beds torn out, replanted with all new plants and boulders, along with a new retaining wall. It was completed in 8 days by two amazing workers- Zeke and Daniel. They were friendly, responsive to all my questions and requests, and had amazing attention to detail. Eddie (our project manager) was also extremely helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am over the moon happy with the results! I will also add that their bid was WAY under the second one I got. You won’t go wrong with Simple Lawns!

I had Simple Lawns do some landscaping work in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They transformed my space into something beautiful and functional, and the new stone pathway looks amazing.

Mike and his crew cleaned up our driveway and it was a night and day difference after they were done. Our driveway was overrun with weeds and very uneven. My ask was to clear the weeds, smooth out the lumps, and cover with mulch to clean it up. The crew worked very hard to remove the weeds and smooth it out, doing it all by hand. The crew that blew in the mulch also cleaned up great afterwards. Some weeds were back a week later but Mike sent his crew out that afternoon to take care of it. All of the crew I talked to was very friendly. Will have them out again for other landscaping projects.

I did not know what I wanted to do with the space. I wanted a solution that was environmentally sustainable and use as little water as possible. Simple Lawns provided a great solution that met my requirements.

Simple Lawns created a landscaping design within a couple of days and I approved the solution. The time from the initial contact to the installation was amazingly fast considering it is the busiest time of year.

Simple lawns converted my existing rain bird automated sprinkler system to a rain bird drip system. They also installed drip lines along the entry way, (not part of the original project) replaced a soaker hose that was connected to a faucet in the back yard with a battery operated timer. It is a big relief to have all of the front yard and the entry way plants on the same automated drip system.

Simple Lawns provided a clear, itemized, fair quote with no hidden costs. The final price matched the estimate, and their work was a great value.

The Simple lawns crew was fast, friendly, and tidy throughout the project. They went above and beyond, and their attention to detail made the new front yard look spectacular.

They are fully licensed and bonded, and I highly recommend them to our neighbors for any landscaping work, big or small. The entire process, from consultation to completion, was seamless.
