Incredible work they were so easy to work with and so communicative and our patio and driveway look incredible looking forward to working together again

Just had my old gutters replaced by Affordable Gutter Services and the product quality and the service was excellent. During my search for the work, I found that their pricing much lower than my other quotes, so I actually asked them to come back out and verify the estimate. During that review I was assured that the estimate was accurate. Two days later the team was out and did the removal and install just as they had said. The new gutters look so good and the color matched our home perfectly. They also did a great job cleaning up.

Nevermind the past ratings these people are fantastic. We have used them twice and their work is spot on. They have been very nice and helpful.

Called for a bid on Nov. 27th. Mark came out within a day or two to give me a bid. We discussed the issue and possible fixes, he said I'd get a bid in email within a day or two. About a week later I still had not seen anything in email so I called the company and was told "bids were being emailed that day". Now, another week later - no bid. Called again today, explained I hadn't seen my bid yet, I was told that "they were just too busy to do partial jobs, sorry you weren't notified". Terrible customer service, might indicate the quality of work they do also.

Never again! The equipment did not work when they arrived requiring them to leave and comeback. The installation was subpar splitting many rafter joists with rafter spikes installed off center. The corners are not seamless as identified on the website. Additionally my prior gutters where a different size than what was installed leaving a gap of exposure to my attic, requiring a siding company to come out and correct the error. It cost me an additional $150 to correct for the error that should have been addressed with me prior to installation not after the fact with the installer saying "that's what you asked for". After I met with and had a discussion with the owner he identified that he could not compensate me for the $150 repair because he already does not make any money in gutters installation. Lastly, after all this I received a notice of collection via "Certified" letter for the cost of the installation. The interesting thing was I received the collection letter 2 days after the company cashed my check. The owner explained that they send these to every customer to ensure that he has legal authority to seek reimbursement through a house lien if it is not paid in full. Ultimately, this was a disappointing expirience and the service to rectify it seemed to be inconvenient at best. They seems to have a good office staff but that's about it. Steer clear is my suggestion.

Update: the gutters are now leaking, two of the locations that were originally be seamless are now leaking at the corners. Unbelievable......

Never again. Still working through all the issues they've caused. Gutters were installed incorrectly. They pulled up the drip edge of the roof to level out the gutters properly, but in doing so, it caused water to drain between the gutter and my new roof. It took months to get someone to come out, and when finally they came out they accidentally broke my window frame. They did replace the window but showed up unannounced without warning. They said they called the day before and left a message, but I didn't receive any call and them just leaving a message isn't consent to show up. I found more gutters with potential issues while putting xmas lights up.

Update 1/31/19: The owner came out and reviewed the rest of my gutters and assured me they were all in good order; however, he was treating me like I was crazy. Come to find out, his worker, who came out to fix the gutters and accidentally broke my window, lied to the own about the gutters being install incorrectly and said they were just backed up. With no trees in my yard, I'm sure it would take longer than 4 months to back up, installed in May and found leak in Sept.. Plus, the worker had to screwed down the drip edge to affix it in place. The owner still didn't believe me after telling him what really happened.

They were the most polite of all the installers we had quoted, they had paint test strips to make sure they can match the colors (others didn't, they just looked and said yeah no problem). The downspouts came in a color that didn't match my house --- not the companies fault I would have picked the same color based on the test samples, easy mistake --- but the company still gave me an extra gallon and a half of paint that matched my house (they also painted my garage) so I could paint the downspouts.

Even with family issues going on in their family they were still very responsive, polite, and on time. They were in and out quick and ensured all nails were picked up.

I've referred two family members to them. Definitely worth AT LEAST getting a quote.

I have contracted Affordable gutters on my own house and for my Real Estate clients. Always professional and courteous with great pricing. They have expanded into all other facets of home remodeling which will be nice in the future for them to do multiple services for my real estate clients.

Our experience was perfect while replacing an outdated and leaky system.
The quote was more than reasonable. They got us scheduled quickly (called Monday, scheduled and done by Friday.) They handled our last -minute request changes smoothly (we added cleanouts to all of our downspouts.) The crew was on time. Their work looks great. They didn't leave any messes. They had the integrity to amend our quote when not all of the cleanouts were needed. And most importantly, the system doesn't leak!

We will be verbally referring them, as well!

What a horrible person! Reckless driver and a danger to the community.

You almost killed my family with your road rage . You cannot possibly be a good business with that amount of anger.

We have used K&S for multiple clients projects. From tile polishing to carpet cleaning. The results have always been great with happy customers at the end of the day.

8 months pregnant and this guy ran me off the highway. I took an exit to get away from him, and he followed me off the exit, and ran me to the shoulder. I almost died several times from his driving. What a horrible human being.

They may be good at their jobs, but you definitely don't want to run into them in traffic. Jim tried to side swipe me with his trailer in order to cut me off. Then when I called him he acted like a jackass told me it was my fault for not yielding my right away, and hung up on me.

Scott is a great guy! He came out when expected, did a great job for a reasonable price, we would recommend him for your job!
