This company, and especially the owner are the epitome of unprofessional. I had one of their techs knock on my door and offer to clean my carpets for $80, to which of course I said yes. When the tech finished, he gave me his card and said, "call me again in a month or two to schedule a second cleaning to get any remaining stains out." When I called the number on the card, there was no answer and I left a message. When the owner called me back, he said call me on my cell phone. I then called his cell phone and left another message. Then, to my surprise, I get a text from some random number that says, "what day do you want your carpets cleaned?" I was like, WTH? Nevertheless, I texted back. I received no response. Finally I received a response, I answered immediately and heard nothing again for hours. The communication went on like this, literally for days! It was unbelievable!! Finally, and I mean FINALLY the owner texts me the night before the day I had requested service and said, "we can clean your carpet tomorrow for $145" I said why almost double what I paid last time? He said, "that's what we've always charged, and my REAL customers are fine with it." He was a total jerk, his pricing is totally shady and he's proud of it. He takes no responsibility for his horrendous customer service, or the actions of his employees. He said he has no record of ever cleaning our carpets, and it could very well be that his "employee" pocketed the money, and snuck a job in behind his bosses back, but whatever the case there is some seriously shady business going on here.

There are way too many carpet cleaners in our area to waste your time on this one. Go with someone who knows what they're doing.

They did a great job steam cleaning the tile on my bathroom floor and my shower. I can actually see through the glass shower door now! Very polite and efficient, I would definitely recommend them!

Elvio was very responsive, communicative and did a great job. He also did carpet stretching for me as well. Overall, quality work and process was easy on me.

The service provided by Columbia Carpet Care was excellent. For a second time in a few years, we worked with Elvio Gonzalez and his company to have almost all of our dirty and stained carpets and most of our very dirty upholstery cleaned. Elvio and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and produced outstanding results. We could not be happier.

I had Columbia Flooring, LLC replace vinyl and carpet in my office. It was clear that Elvio is a pro from start to finish, and cares about doing the best quality job that is possible. He corrected the sq footage that another company had measured, saving money and materials (he was right, the other guy was wrong). He made other suggestions to make the job look better at the end. He was always responsive to communications, his team was always on time, and his timelines were correct. When a problem came up in the job, he knew how to fix it. I would highly recommend this company for flooring replacement and also would hire them again in an instant. Thank you Elvio and crew for a job well done, and taking care of things well so my stress was minimal!
