Eric and his crew came to my property to spray the roof of my garage. I was in shock at the difference, especially with the gutters. It looked like I had new gutters! I highly recommend using this company for exterior building cleaning. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great company to take care of your roof washing and house washing needs. Eric and his team have completed a few jobs for me including treating my roof for a huge moss problem I had and also spraying for mold under the eves of my house. Photos are the before and after of the mold.

My walkways and driveway were all black and green from molds and moss. Years of build up, all gone now thanks to Eric and Chase. They did a great job, I would definetly recommend them.

Eric and his crew did a great job on our roof cleaning off a decade of moss and algae buildup. They also pressure washed our sidewalks of which half were green with moss and algae. Now they are white again! His rates are fair and communication & promptness appreciated. I definitely recommend them!

Eric and his employee were very professional and friendly. In addition to cleaning the gutters they cleaned the roof and even made some repairs on the roof while they were up there! They made sure the yard and driveway were blown off and clear of debris before they left, all was an added bonus to having clean gutters!

The repairs he made matched perfectly with the existing shingles and when he finished cleaning and treating, the roof looked brand new. I'm positive he extended the life of the roof by at least 10-15 years. Eric is the best and I will use American Property Stars again and will highly recommend them to my network.

I find it really hard to trust people to do work around my home and yard. It rarely turns out well, but roof work is just something I just cannot do myself. I had Eric and a partner come out to do the soft wash on my house and garage roofs and they look great so far. They were very conscientious and thorough, even warning me about keeping my dog away from the drainage. Eric was very professional and friendly as well. Communication was great from day one! I’m disabled with a lot of appointments and limited income. They were very accommodating to my schedule and flexible with financing. I’ve already referred them to a couple people and I’m sure I’ll be hiring them in the future!

American Property Stars did an amazing job with pressure washing my driveway, sidewalks, porches and large trex deck! I was so surprised as no one has been able to get it so clean and fresh looking before! The best part, is the paint doesn’t get damaged!
