American Property Stars is the best exterior house cleaners in the area. I googled them, read some reviews and decided to call them for an estimate. They were the best estimate out of the three that I contacted. Eric Pelky went above and beyond my expectations. Eric and Chase arrived the next day and started work. They treated my roof for moss and the gutters for algae. They also washed the exterior walls and power washed where it was needed. I was very impressed. They were efficient and the quality of their work was amazing. I highly recommend American Property Stars for all of your exterior cleaning work. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

Eric was prompt in replying to our request for a bid for house and window washing. He explained the cleaning procedure clearly and gave us a fair estimate for the job. He was polite, enthusiastic, and respectful of our concerns. He completed the job on time and we are very pleased with the results.

Had my roof cleaned in the rainy season. Eric told me to contact him in a few months if the roof wasn't completely moss free and clear. Before I even had a chance, he reached out to me and came out for a second washing to make sure the roof was clean. Eric did a fantastic job on our patio and house and shop roofs. He always goes above and beyond with all his services. Highly recommend. Our garage/shop roof is getting old, so he used a soft chemical wash on it to get rid of the moss without doing any damage to the shingles.

We just had American Property Stars out on Weds to clean our roof, gutters and siding. I chose this company because the owner is very responsive to inquiries and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service. I never felt like they were just trying to upsell me on anything. It was more like he just wanted the job done correctly and in order for it to be done properly then certain things needed to be cleaned. They were able to get us on the schedule promptly and communicated with us on the day to keep us updated on when they would arrive. When they arrived they immediately started working. There was no stress or hassle during the process. Our top gutters were very dirty and an eye sore. I’ve attached photos showing the before and after. Overall they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. I will be keeping them in my contacts for all future jobs.

American Property Stars are, indeed the stars of clean! I had my mossy roof cleaned as well as the moldy eves around the entire house. The siding now gleams. I am especially happy with the clean patio cover that I have been looking at for over a dozen years. And my skylights are “crystal clear “
Clean. Eric and Mathew did a super job. They were also respectful of all my beloved plants and they replaced any pottery planters around the patio along with furniture on the patio too.

I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough! They did a FANTASTIC job on our house and roof this morning. They were quick with a quote, quick to schedule, and even finished the job earlier than estimated. Turban cleaned my roof and killed the moss. He did a very maticulous job and cleaned around the house and walkways after he was done. I would recommend grime busters for all your exterior cleaning needs.

They came out to do my gutters, however having looked at the Moss on the roof they suggested soft bushing the roof and the spraying to kill any remaining moss.
They did a great job and were easy to deal with. Cleaned up the gutters and all Moss that may have fell on the yard. The roof looks so much better.

I have to say I am so extremely impressed with this company. They were out in our neighborhood working on another house and my husband asked if they could do our house. It was already late in the day, but they said absolutely. They went above and beyond what we paid them for. Our house looks so beautiful like it was just built brand new. They even went up to our roof and trimmed down this invasive vine plant that had been growing up there that neither my husband nor I felt safe enough to go up and cut down ourselves. Besides doing an excellent job on our house, they were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to anybody who would like their home to look beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I wish I was writing this review from my house so that I could submit pictures.
