Brandon is always professional, quick, and does an amazing job on the carpets. He has also done work on an area rug with pet stains and a couch... Also with pet stains, my dogs are horribly rude. Brandon however, has never had a problem getting then removed or coming back if I needed a little extra work done. Understanding, kind, on time, responsive, local business. I had an emergency pet accident that needed immediate professional cleaning! Brandon called me back immediately and came to my place, when his day was almost over at 6 p.m., and did the job! He was friendly and understanding, I had the worst day, he was so nice, then he did the carpet cleaning and did an amazing job! He was able to get all of the pet stains out! Please use Vivo, they are amazing!

Brandon was really great to work with. He was flexible in his availability and was kind enough to schedule around my kids nap time. He provided affordable pricing and did a stellar job. Our carpet had multiple large black stains from previous home owners-we assumed it was pet urine. I was so shocked and pleased to come home after carpets were cleaned to see all the stains were gone. My carpets look brand new. I texted my husband and told him this was some of the best money we’ve spent. It feels so good to see my kids play on clean carpet. Brandon of Vivo cleaning came recommended by another carpet cleaning service that does not service Portland, as he does. I was able to book a cleaning easily and quickly online and Brandon followed up to confirm right away. He cleaned the carpet of our home that we recently moved out of, and he had no problem letting himself in via a lockbox at our request, which we greatly appreciated! He did a terrific job, and we would certainly recommend his services!

Brandon is great! He is very professional. I spilled bleach on the carpet the day before I had to move out. It looked awful and I was panicking. My realtor referred me Brandon. I called him and he came out at night to fix the carpet like nothing happened! Looks like a brand new carpet! He is fast, has a great customer service and good quality work. Brandon from Vivo Carpet Cleaning came over to clean our carpets. We have 3 cats and a dog and he was honest enough with to let us know that the carpet was very difficult to clean due to the pet's hair and the cause of the air quality, ect. He showed us the room he cleaned and we did see how hard he worked to get it to look good. We are selling our house and Brandon was honest enough to let us know our options before continue his cleaning any longer. I will HIGHLY recommend Vivo Carpet Cleaning to any one who is seeking an honest and reputable carpet cleaning company! Brandon and his staff are true Professionals!
Update: they also install carpets. Brandon was a true professional. We had a timeline before we were putting our house for sale. Brandon, made sure that he scheduled our carpet to be installed before we listed the house. Most carpenters out there quoted me two weeks out! I am very pleased that they were able to get us in before listing our house. Brandon and his crew did an excellent job installing the carpets in one day and it looks beautiful!!!

Brandon was awesome. We used Brandon / Vivo to clean our carpets on a house we sold. Carpets were in rough shape but after he was done they looked amazing. Brandon was also super flexible. We had to schedule a few times due to our closing date moving and he was able to accommodate.

My experience with Vivo has been excellent. Brandon is who I interacted with during the initial visit to provide a quote and then eventually the actual service. He was professional, courteous, authentic, and clearly someone who cares about his craft. He was incredibly thorough and thoughtful with his approach, prioritizing the kids bedrooms so that they would be dry before they came back from daycare. He exuded approachability, truly being open to any question I had. He took great care of us. So grateful to work with someone like him.

What a fantastic job! I don’t remember the last time I have been so happy with the work someone has done at my house. Brandon is such a hard worker and a perfectionist, which is a great combo for a carpet cleaning company. He was good at listening to my areas of concern and addressed them thoroughly. He was extremely friendly and professional. We had all of our carpets, tile, and upholstery cleaned. He didn’t finish until later because he was doing such a great job on everything and paying extra attention to the details. Unbelievably incredible customer service from Brandon at VIVO! Our dog was given a medication at the emergency clinic that caused her to completely lose control of her bowels and leave 20 or 30 trails of diarrhea. All over our bedroom carpet, on our bed, and all the way down the hall carpet runner to the front door! After I am sure was a very long day for Brandon, he came to our house at 6:30 PM and completely cleaned everything. We would have had to go to a hotel if not for Brandon. He had cleaned our carpet once before and my husband and I were both incredibly impressed with his customer service and the work he did. I cannot possibly recommend Brandon and his company more strongly. He literally save the day over here tonight.

We had a great experience with Brandon and Vivo Carpet Cleaning! I needed to get an appointment setup within one week of calling and then ended up needing it sooner than anticipated, and they were able to accommodate our request. The service was great, very quick, and we had awesome results. There were several pet stains from our older dog in the carpeted areas, but the cleaning helped to remove them and any odors left behind. We will definitely be using them again and I would absolutely recommend their service to others!
