Super easy online scheduling (even the first time!), showed up on time, responsive, and professional and is a downright miracle worker on carpets- cleaning, indent removal and fixing lumps. I have used Brandon several times and my clients are always shocked and delighted by the results!

Vivo did a great job with the cleaning of our carpets and chairs. The difference in the cleanliness of the chairs specifically was spectacular. The fabric is soft and clean, really bouncing back from the dingy color they had become.

Vevo clean was amazing. Brandon helped us out after another company stood us up. All of our furniture was stacked up already in preparation so rescheduling was not a convenient thing to do. He came late and helped us keep on schedule. Brandon was very polite and very thorough.

Very responsive and helpful! Brandon was able to squeeze me in same-day for a walk-through appointment on a Friday to provide a pricing quote, and because I needed a quick turnaround he agreed to come the next day on Saturday. We had tried to apply finish to our laminate floor which turned out to be a disaster that he did a great job removing and fixing. He also treated two upstairs bedrooms to address some carpet staining and more importantly pet urine odor. Highly recommended!

Carpet cleaners were very friendly but yet professional. They did a very good job. It was pleasant to have them here . They didn't take forever but yet did an excellent job.

Highly recommend! I had a full bottle of dark nail polish break on my carpet and I could not get the stain out. I called them and they were out in less than an hour and got it right out. Very happy!

Called D and H to clean my 1200 sq ft townhouse. The guys were great and had the place done in about an hour. I felt the prices were very fair- much less than I thought they would be for a large carpeted place. To top it all off when I lost my receipt they got me copy ASAP for my property mgmt company. Would DEFINITELY recommend 👍🏻🔥

I have been using this company for about 10 years. Great customer service. They do quality job of carpet cleaning. They also do carpet restoration like carpet stretching, carpet repair etc. Always on time. Easy to work with.

Our carpet had wrinkles and dirty areas and looked very tired and worn. I was skeptical of having the wrinkles stretched out by a carpet cleaning service and how clean and fresh this carpet would look. Unbelievably, our carpet now looks brand new! Casey and Shay did a professional job and answered all of our questions and concerns. They spent the time necessary to stretch out the wrinkles and do a thorough and complete cleaning job and I am so happy to now look at a clean carpet without wrinkles!
