The team been in the hurry and didn’t do they’re job. We had dried mashed mango in the carpet, but they’re deep steaming didn’t take it. Did some moving back and forth the furniture for the kindness manner. The compony posted their business on to the Vancouver magazine pages to reach more costumers. We wore one of the many fooled with their service. We no more taking their hurry service or recommending to anybody to experience dissatisfaction of this company.

We had 4 area rugs cleaned at their facility. The team was very responsive, friendly, and professional. We had our rugs back very quickly, and they look great. I recommend their service.

We had them come out to clean our carpet, complete some repairs, and provide a treatment for pet odor. There was a miscommunication between me and my husband about the type of treatment to get (he was home and I was at work when they came out the first time). A few weeks went by and I noticed the smell was still faintly lingering around. I called to inquire. That is when I realized my husband and I had miscommunicated about the type of treatment we needed. The owner was incredibly understanding of the situation. They came back out to complete the treatment we needed to ensure that the odor went away. First of all, it works! Second of all, they charged us a reduced amount for OUR mistake. Very understanding owner, very hard-working carpet-cleaning tech.

I am a contractor who has utilized D&H Carpet Cleaning on many of my projects over the last few years, and I just recently had them do work on my own house. They do great work, have a great response time, and quickly execute their projects for a good price. Thank you D&H!
