The cleaners were fast, efficient and professional. The carpets dried the same day with the windows open, and the smell (which was my main concern) is almost completely gone

Vivo Cleaning did the most AMAZING job on our wood floors! The floors had years of water stains and dirt from kids walking in and out of the rain with wet shoes and dirty cleats, normal life here in the Pacific Northwest. Vivo came when they said they would and gave the highest quality of work, removing damage we had thought was permanent and taking our floors' condition back fifteen years. We highly recommend this company and their work!

Carpet was gross, Marijuana tar everywhere, heavily matted and was prepared to replace it. Vivo charged an excellent rate and my carpet looks almost brand new ❤️

Vivo did a great job with the cleaning of our carpets and chairs. The difference in the cleanliness of the chairs specifically was spectacular. The fabric is soft and clean, really bouncing back from the dingy color they had become.

Vevo clean was amazing. Brandon helped us out after another company stood us up. All of our furniture was stacked up already in preparation so rescheduling was not a convenient thing to do. He came late and helped us keep on schedule. Brandon was very polite and very thorough.

Very responsive and helpful! Brandon was able to squeeze me in same-day for a walk-through appointment on a Friday to provide a pricing quote, and because I needed a quick turnaround he agreed to come the next day on Saturday. We had tried to apply finish to our laminate floor which turned out to be a disaster that he did a great job removing and fixing. He also treated two upstairs bedrooms to address some carpet staining and more importantly pet urine odor. Highly recommended!

Carpet cleaners were very friendly but yet professional. They did a very good job. It was pleasant to have them here . They didn't take forever but yet did an excellent job.

Highly recommend! I had a full bottle of dark nail polish break on my carpet and I could not get the stain out. I called them and they were out in less than an hour and got it right out. Very happy!
