I have been very happy with the carpet cleaning multiple times. On time, professional and very reasonably priced.
Cleaned my windows today and did a fabulous job.

Brandon from Vivo Carpet Cleaning came over to clean our carpets. We have 3 cats and a dog and he was honest enough with to let us know that the carpet was very difficult to clean due to the pet's hair and the cause of the air quality, ect. He showed us the room he cleaned and we did see how hard he worked to get it to look good. We are selling our house and Brandon was honest enough to let us know our options before continue his cleaning any longer. I will HIGHLY recommend Vivo Carpet Cleaning to any one who is seeking an honest and reputable carpet cleaning company! Brandon and his staff are true Professionals!
Update: they also install carpets. Brandon was a true professional. We had a timeline before we were putting our house for sale. Brandon, made sure that he scheduled our carpet to be installed before we listed the house. Most carpenters out there quoted me two weeks out! I am very pleased that they were able to get us in before listing our house. Brandon and his crew did an excellent job installing the carpets in one day and it looks beautiful!!!

Brandon from Vivo did an amazing job on my carpets! He made time to come out when I had availability to do the initial estimate. The carpets were done in a timely manner and looked amazing afterwards. He and his staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Brandon was awesome. We used Brandon / Vivo to clean our carpets on a house we sold. Carpets were in rough shape but after he was done they looked amazing. Brandon was also super flexible. We had to schedule a few times due to our closing date moving and he was able to accommodate.
Highly recommend and will use again.

My experience with Vivo has been excellent. Brandon is who I interacted with during the initial visit to provide a quote and then eventually the actual service. He was professional, courteous, authentic, and clearly someone who cares about his craft. He was incredibly thorough and thoughtful with his approach, prioritizing the kids bedrooms so that they would be dry before they came back from daycare. He exuded approachability, truly being open to any question I had. He took great care of us. So grateful to work with someone like him.

What a fantastic job! I don’t remember the last time I have been so happy with the work someone has done at my house. Brandon is such a hard worker and a perfectionist, which is a great combo for a carpet cleaning company. He was good at listening to my areas of concern and addressed them thoroughly. He was extremely friendly and professional. We had all of our carpets, tile, and upholstery cleaned. He didn’t finish until later because he was doing such a great job on everything and paying extra attention to the details. I would absolutely recommend Vivo Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs carpet or tile to be cleaned. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to the next time I need to hire him. (Never thought I would say that about carpet cleaning) Other young business owners could learn a lot from him on how to do things well!

Unbelievably incredible customer service from Brandon at VIVO! Our dog was given a medication at the emergency clinic that caused her to completely lose control of her bowels and leave 20 or 30 trails of diarrhea. All over our bedroom carpet, on our bed, and all the way down the hall carpet runner to the front door! After I am sure was a very long day for Brandon, he came to our house at 6:30 PM and completely cleaned everything. We would have had to go to a hotel if not for Brandon. He had cleaned our carpet once before and my husband and I were both incredibly impressed with his customer service and the work he did. I cannot possibly recommend Brandon and his company more strongly. He literally save the day over here tonight.

We had a great experience with Brandon and Vivo Carpet Cleaning! I needed to get an appointment setup within one week of calling and then ended up needing it sooner than anticipated, and they were able to accommodate our request. The service was great, very quick, and we had awesome results. There were several pet stains from our older dog in the carpeted areas, but the cleaning helped to remove them and any odors left behind. We will definitely be using them again and I would absolutely recommend their service to others!

We used Vivo cleaning at our church to complete the carpet cleaning within our office areas. Brandon was very responsive and professional in checking out the project, giving us a quote and the pricing was very reasonable. Vivo also worked with our schedule to accomodate the staff and the work project occurring during the same period. The best part is the results - Our carpets have not looked this good since they were new and there have been other firms that have cleaned them in the past. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Brandon. He runs his business with complete professionalism and has such a fantastic warm personality. He helped us with a same day request and did a great job on cleaning area rugs for us. We were so happy with his amazing results that we booked him to clean all the carpeting in our home. He arrived right on time and Brandon and his helper left our floors spotless. I'm still amazed at how clean they turned out and smell so much fresher. Vivo Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job with our project. We wanted the carpet replaced in our living room and on our stairs. Needed a patch in our office. And the rest of the house carpet cleaned. They did a great job finding affordable options for us and letting us know what those options were. Communication was slow and definitely needs some improvement there, but was worth the wait and glad we worked with them. Will work them again in the future.
