Two days ago I had Vancouver Carpet Cleaning come out and clean the grout on my tile floors. OMGOSH they are incredible, I have never seen my kitchen floors shine and look so good as they do now. I recommend this company to anyone that needs their grout clean, wood floors cleaned, carpet cleaned. They do very incredible work. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Plus I have more work that they will be doing for me.
The first two pictures where the floor grout is gross and black are the before pictures. The next two where they sparkle and shine are the after. Zoom in on both and you will see a huge difference.

INCREDIBLE!!! Any moms or wife's or family busy running around this is your guy!! I am 8.5 months pregnant he not only worked with me on scheduling conflicts always polite always efficient reply's , he showed up with a smile just trying to make our family's life a little easier! Beautiful work, quick, more than above expectations, price? You will not beat it ! Will continue to use his services and his slime for many times to come! Don't pay a corporate owned quick and fast barely get the job done , when you can pay less! For way more, family owned business incredible service and the results? PERFECTION!!! Hugo did such an amazing job! He really went above and beyond for me. I called hoping to get in last min and although he was fully booked this week he took the time to rearrange his schedule to squeeze me in. My carpets look brand new!!! He even got a terrible stain from a permanent red marker off my couch. Such a nice family man!

We had an amazing experience with Vancouver Carpet Cleaning. Our carpets are very light in color, and between our two kids, they had definitely taken a beating. Hugo did an excellent job from start to finish; attentive to detail, unhurried, and incredibly thorough. He truly revived our carpets. Everything looks fresh and smells fantastic. Brandon is always professional, quick, and does an amazing job on the carpets. He has also done work on an area rug with pet stains and a couch... Also with pet stains, my dogs are horribly rude. Brandon however, has never had a problem getting then removed or coming back if I needed a little extra work done. Understanding, kind, on time, responsive, local business. I had an emergency pet accident that needed immediate professional cleaning! Brandon called me back immediately and came to my place, when his day was almost over at 6 p.m., and did the job! He was friendly and understanding, I had the worst day, he was so nice, then he did the carpet cleaning and did an amazing job! He was able to get all of the pet stains out! Brandon was really great to work with. He was flexible in his availability and was kind enough to schedule around my kids nap time. He provided affordable pricing and did a stellar job. Our carpet had multiple large black stains from previous home owners-we assumed it was pet urine. I was so shocked and pleased to come home after carpets were cleaned to see all the stains were gone. My carpets look brand new. I texted my husband and told him this was some of the best money we’ve spent. It feels so good to see my kids play on clean carpet. Brandon of Vivo cleaning came recommended by another carpet cleaning service that does not service Portland, as he does. I was able to book a cleaning easily and quickly online and Brandon followed up to confirm right away. He cleaned the carpet of our home that we recently moved out of, and he had no problem letting himself in via a lockbox at our request, which we greatly appreciated! He did a terrific job, and we would certainly recommend his services!

Brandon is great! He is very professional. I spilled bleach on the carpet the day before I had to move out. It looked awful and I was panicking. My realtor referred me Brandon.
