I called around to get several bids on window cleaning. Mountain View was the best deal around. They did a fabulous job, very professional and would highly recommend! I have recommended Mike and team to several of my friends already. Thank you Mike for the great service and job well done!!!

We have always been hesitant to pay to have a window cleaner, but we were very surprised to see how beautiful the windows, screens, and sills are now. Chandler was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. Our home is over 4800 sq ft, and in less than 5 hours, every window sparkles like new. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a window cleaner. They are reasonably priced and very responsible.

My roof moss treatment job was performed beyond my expectations. At 74, my roof climbing days are over. It also saved my back. I will definitely use Mike again when the moss reappears. Fair price. Great service.

We have used Mike for several years and he does an excellent job. This year we had Zach and he did a fantastic job on our windows, roof mold/moss removal, and gutter cleaning. Got estimates from several businesses for roofing cleaning and moss treatment, gutter cleaning and interior and exterior window cleaning (including tracks)... Mountain View came in the least expensive and was one of the only roof cleaning businesses that also did interior window cleaning, so I decided to give them a shot. The owner was great at communicating what would be done, how much it cost and when it would take place. Came home from work to sparkling windows and a clean and treated roof. Would definitely recommend!

Mike was responsive and easy to communicate with. The bid for my (home) window cleaning was reasonable without a doubt and he was prompt at getting it to me. (had other & much higher bids) After the bid, I was put on his calendar for a reasonable time without a long wait. (About 1-2 weeks) Mike arrived on time in the morning and finished all the windows in a timely manner. The work was superb and I have zero complaints. I have some hard water spots on a few windows and he even helped discuss some solutions I could do to help resolve that in the future.
I will definitely be using him again for all future window cleaning, this house and future homes. Mike was kind, professional and did great work. I would definitely recommend him to others. (He also did my neighbors and her mothers house who also was very pleased with his services.)

Hired Quam’s for carpet and sofa cleaning. The “crew” — later learned they were the owners — entered without shoe covers, barely spoke, and were immediately rude. I felt so uneasy I called the company to verify they were legitimate. Turns out, the woman I called was the cleaner. I was instantly creeped out and asked her to leave my house.

As they were gathering their things, the man and woman — the owners — started berating me. The man even shouted, “Hope you’re happy — you got your carpets cleaned for free!” I was standing halfway outside on my patio, yelling at them to leave immediately, phone in hand, ready to call 911, and keeping my small dog close because I was that scared.

They left stains and soaked carpets behind. The whole experience was frightening and unsafe. Maybe this is considered acceptable service in the Pacific Northwest — back home in Texas, we’d call it exactly what it was: dangerous and unprofessional. Steer clear of this place!

I love Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I use them for all of my real estate clients needs, and recommend them every chance I get!!!! They are fast, communicate very very well, and incredibly fair when it comes to price! They are truly a value in my book!!!

Arrived 30 minutes earlier than told which was great! Man was very cordial. Cleaned my bathroom tile floor first. Turned out so much better than I expected. Then cleaned my family room wall to wall carpeting which had very many pet stains and especially one big stain that I thought perhaps couldn't be removed but he did and the carpet looks like new. Whatever was used left a wonderful citrus smell and dried within 30-45 minutes. I always wear only socks and they never even got damp at all! I would highly recommend this business and I myself will use them again in 6 months time. 😊

Heaven's Best was great from start to finish. The owner was quick to return my initial query with an estimate and get me scheduled. Joe came out to clean the carpets and he did a fantastic job! The carpets look great and my house smells amazing. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I will definitely be using them for any carpet needs in the future.
