I've been using Heaven's Best since I moved to the area. I've always liked them. I usually try to have Ammon, the owner, do the cleaning because he was always very thorough but It didn't matter because the guy who came out was also very good and thorough. Very happy with the job. I wish I could remember the tech's name...

We have had Heavens Best clean our carpets for over 20 years. We are certain by doing so we have extended the life of our 23 year old carpet, which is very light in color and sees lots of dog traffic. Their service people are always on time and very professional. We couldn’t ask for any better expense for this yearly task. I would recommend Heavens Best to anyone needing their services. Booking was easy and they were able to get me an appointment in less than a week! I loved that the techs had booties for their shoes and didn’t hesitate to wear them. They listened to what we needed and did an astounding job! The carpets look and smell amazing. My stairs were high traffic dirty and now they look so much better!

My carpet looks amazing, dried fast, smelled clean but not overwhelming and best of all my carpet feels clean. No weird residue. Gannon was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer them to others.

The guy that came out and did our carpets and cleaned the chairs did a great job! Very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

The only thing to be aware of, I got a little shocked, if you paid by credit card The machine popped up 18 20 or 22% tip.
On a $360 service that’s suggesting you pay another 60 to 80 bucks for tip?
The technician of course told me you can hit no tip But still, it made me feel a little cheap and I tipped them some anyway.
The owner said that’s the only way his credit card company works and they tried to change it but they can’t
I’m sure they get paid OK and leaving a tip is absolutely fine Which I did. I wonder if the guy that seal coats in my driveway will expect a tip.
If you’re prepared for it, it’s all good and they did a great job. I will use them again!
