Wendy who is the owner is very prompt to return calls if she doesn’t answer right away but she almost always answers immediately. They showed up when they said they would and even brought more help to get the work done quicker. The ladies were super nice and super hard workers. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be calling them next time I need my house cleaned

I have used No Nonsense cleaning on several occasions and every time they come they always do an exceptional job. The level of cleaning is off the charts. Every nook and cranny is cleaned perfectly. Today was my first cleaning from No Nonsense. Catie did a phenomenal job! As a single man living alone, I can be a bit of a slob, but she took care of every detail--even things I wouldn't have expected. Spots I never think of like windowsills, bookshelves, and baseboards are sparkling. She taught me a few tips on how to keep my stovetop clean. She helped reorganize my kitchen and bathroom, and did it all with a big smile. There was a hiccup along the way, but Catie and Wendy handled it professionally, and everything turned out gloriously. Wendy, the owner of this company is incredibly responsive and professional. If you have had other cleaning companies work on your house, you will notice immediately the difference in the quality and detail of their work. I remember one of the first visits thinking “I didn’t even realize how dirty that was!”, so even if your the type that keeps your place up, you’ll notice how great her service is.

No Nonsense is what the company says it is. It is direct and straight to the point. This local business has been around for quite some time and I have used their services for several years now. I can say that overtime the process has gotten easier and overall better. I now get text confirmations when they are on their way and updates e-mails on statuses and invoicing. I requested to have them scrub clean a rather filthy bathroom. No complaints, no hassles. They showed up on time and in the place they were supposed to.. From top to bottom, they worked hard and really did the job well.

We were struggling to keep our heads above water keeping things tidy with 4 little kids in the house, let alone tackling the scrubbing a house needs regularly. I broke down and searched for cleaning services. We called Wendy at No Nonsense, and we immediately felt like we found someone we wanted to employ for a deep cleaning. She is no-nonsense about the bill, the time, and the cleaning. She and her team came in politely, got to work, and left without an extra word. The cleaning is well done, the customer service is excellent, and the billing is a simple debit on the day, once you fill out the service form the first time. We decided to continue with monthly service, and we have our very own cleaning fairy that shows up once a month and keeps all our heads above water! We are so thankful for the services from No Nonsense, and we highly recommend!!!

Needed a move out clean for a rental we were in. Sooo gorgeous afterwards! They got rid of stains, deep cleaned the fridge, bathrooms, everything! It smelled amazing too! I do suggest if you send an inquiry, to check your spam for a response. Luckily the owner is very good at following up. I can’t recommend them enough!

I needed a house cleaning to prepare for an upcoming sale and called No Nonsense after a friend raved about the company. I am so glad I called them. I could tell from the thorough questions over the phone that they know their stuff. I've used house cleaners before, but this was a different experience. The person on the phone was sure to get details about what I wanted done, if there were areas I wanted them to focus on and size of the house. Once the job was done my jaw dropped. I had never seen the house so clean. Water spots that were there when we bought it years ago were gone. The fixtures were literally sparkling. I have no idea how they work their magic, it's amazing.
