I called Absolute Heating & Cooling based on all the outstanding reviews. Martin certainly lived up to everything others have said about him and Absolute Heating & Cooling. I purchased my home late last summer and at the time was told maintenance had been completed on the furnace and air conditioner. Well that was not true! My air conditioning unit was frozen up and was not blowing cold air. Martin came out the same day I contacted him to evaluate the situation. My unit needed to be turned off so it could thaw. He returned 4 days later performed maintenance on the unit which apparently had not been done in years and also installed a Nest thermostat. Absolute delivers fair and reasonable prices, they are professional, & honest. I will be sharing this company with all my friends. Thank you Martin!!

Martin has been my HVAC specialist for over 12 years. His customer service is beyond exceptional. He comes when you need him, not when he has time. I lost heat on a Friday night during a cold storm and he came and restored my heat. He came when it was hot and I wasn't getting cold air and sat an fixed my HVAC until it defrosted because of the issue. He is kind and caring always. Thank you Martin for the great catch up.

I called this morning and first thing I liked was that someone (Fransisco) answered the phone.
Then when I said I was unfamiliar with our heating system and told him what I knew about it (we moved here a year ago) he very quickly determined what we had and explained it to me. Then, best of all, he gave me some simple instructions to try to see if I could get the system going again and it worked!
He not only saved me the cost of them coming out but he also told me more about my HVAC system than what other larger companies had failed to explain before. (Which is why I didn’t call them again).
I will definitely call Absolute again for help or service and when I’m ready to replace my oil furnace they will be the ones I go to.
