It’s wonderful to have such a friendly family take care of our landscaping needs. We can always rely on them to do an amazing job with our front and back yards. They are reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. Not only are they efficient, but they hold their work to very high standards. We always look forward to seeing how pretty the curb appeal of our home looks when they’ve been by. We definitely recommend Perez Landscaping to anyone that wants outstanding quality yard service!

Still love it! The plants have filled in. Every couple of weeks another plant comes into bloom with a burst of color. We're seeing honey bees and birds. Bringing fresh cut flowers inside. And our dogs are loving sniffing whatever visits yard overnight!

100% recommend! On time, on budget, professional start to finish. I had an overall idea of how I wanted to replace a boring grass and river rock front yard with a more natural-looking, sustainable landscape. Had two conversations with David, and his team installed exactly what I wanted, including drip irrigation! I could not be happier!

We are so happy that we chose Simple Lawns to complete a large transformation project to both the front and back yards of our newly purchased house (the work included removal of a backyard full of river rocks and concrete pavers, installing sod to create a "livable" lawn, installing a French drain, installing additional sprinkler zones, beautifying existing landscaping, and completely re-sodding front yard - whew!). This is a company that knows how to operate a well-run business and one that hires top-notch, skilled team members and uses quality machinery, materials, and equipment.

We chose Simple Lawns for their responsiveness and reasonable pricing. We worked first with David for the estimate who was very informative. When the job got underway, my husband and I were so impressed with the team’s professionalism and expertise. They worked hard, were so efficient, and every stage of the project was handled neatly and carefully. What also impressed us is that Simple Lawns uses specialized teams of experts to come out for different parts of the job. Eddie oversaw the project and was readily available throughout the duration. Alberto and Valente were the mainstay team members who managed the work throughout the week (ask for them, they are fantastic!). Don specialized in irrigation and oversaw the installation of the additional sprinkler zones. And several other crew members were dispatched throughout the week to help Alberto and Valente. Each team member put in their best effort from start to finish with outstanding professionalism, communication, and expertise.

My husband and I have a beautiful front and backyard now and we are in awe of the incredible transformation that Simple Lawns created. We highly recommend them. Thank you, Simple Lawns, for a job well done!

We had Simple Lawns landscape a portion of our backyard and it looks amazing! We had two fairly vague requirements, make it look nice and leave room for a vegetable garden, and they did a truly wonderful job. Both David and Eddie were knowledgeable about what plants and features would look best in our yard, were communicative throughout the process, worked within our budget, and were very thorough. We will be hiring them again to finish the rest of the yard

David & Igor were so easy to work with! I had them come out for an estimate last Thursday and they were able to do the job this week due to a last minute cancellation. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Real grass wasn’t growing well in my yard due to lack of sunlight. They helped with sloping/grading, and then installed the rocks and artificial turf. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

My wife and I had a lawn removal project done with metal edging, pathways, and top soil added back - and the Simple Lawns crew that did it were AMAZING! Major shout out to Igor, Valente, and Jesus for an excellent job. They worked well through the day and even setting up lights to continue working until the job was done. They were flexible with us as we made some design changes, and they accommodated every ask we made. As they had finished in the dark, the crew came back the next day to ensure our paths were cleaned, and everything was raked out. 5/5 stars in our book!

I have been searching for a while on a landscaping company to fix up the backyard of our new construction home and reached out to 4 different companies. Simple Lawns was the first and only company to reach out to quickly come to provide a quote on sod installation, greenery installation, irrigation, and adding a pathway on the side of our home. David came out and was extremely informative and made us feel comfortable with choosing their services. It took 4 days for our project to be completed and we couldn’t be happier! We had full visibility into the entire project and was walked through everything every step of the way. We were so happy with the results that we continued having Simple Lawns maintain our yard. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area looking to spruce up their yards!

Worked with Simple Lawns while working remote with both Oleg and Igor and they both were fantastic. From the first CAD drawings to the final outcome, the front landscaping looked great. Loved the communication by text, email and phones to get the project done.

If you’re looking to have landscape design, highly highly recommend simple lawns. The pavers are absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Oleg was amazing and communicative from the start and went above and beyond to make us happy. Igor rocked the project management side and the two workers were incredible. Your workers were professional and knowledgeable about both sprinkler systems and putting in new sod. They were also able to create my vision of a dry riverbed even better than I could have imagined. They were polite and friendly, worked hard and every day cleaned up after themselves, sweeping and hosing down the street and driveway. We were so pleased with them that we are now going to use them to complete the landscaping by delivering and planting trees in our new backyard. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape company!

Had a pleasure dealing with Vitaly from Simple Lawns. We had an emergency where a tree fell on our home in the winter storm and out of 4 companies that we spoke to Simple lawns was able to get the situation taken care of promptly along with making sure safety was met every step of the way!
After removing the tree, they applied plywood and tarpped the roof ( even though we did not agree to that initially ) They even made sure to clean the premises from any debris and closed off their tracks by spraying seed on the grass that was walked on. Once again shows how they go above and beyond!
Customer service, honesty, integrity 10/10! Would use again!
