Could not be happier with the correction of a drainage problem I was having in my side yard. Frontier arrived when they were supposed to, the gentleman who did the work showed up on time, knocked on my front door to let me know he was outside working, and then when done went over the whole job with me to make sure I was pleased. I definitely would hire them again . . . outstanding service.

After accepting a bid and getting a promise that it would be honored, Frontier walked away from the job because their employee, that no longer worked with them, had seriously underbid the job, reminding me that "they don't have to do it." I was also told I can go ahead and say bad things if I want. So, here it is. It took me a couple of months to get around to getting new bids, and I'm proud to say that Alpha Tree Care just finished the job, without complaints, for even slightly less than what Frontier quoted me.

I hired Frontier to provide landscaping for a private backyard and an outside the fenced yard for a large unloved level area I decided to call the south meadow. Frontier provided and installed plants in the fenced yard that were chosen to require minimum upkeep as the yard was to be maintained by the resident.
For the new meadow area Frontier had to kill the existing weeds and old grass and then clear the area and seed it with special mix of wild flowers and grass.
Because of weather and other required work on the site Frontier had to come several times to accomplish the landscape renovations. They always came when they agreed and the crews for the work in the different areas always did the work very well and when completed left the areas cleaned and neat.
The plants are doing well and the meadow area has become an area that even the neighbors can enjoy.

These guys took over the landscaping maintenance at our HOA when the previous company went out of business about 2 years ago and are doing a fine job and they stand behind their work! From a customer's perspective, the only thing I wished they did differently was to assign a SINGLE point of contact for ALL issues rather than having to deal with the Construction, Irrigation and other departments as almost separate entities.within Frontier. Not a deal breaker...just adds to the communications challenges. I would definitely recommend them.

Shaun and his crew did a first class job in designing and installing major modifications to our landscape. His explanations and decisions regarding placement and kind of hardscape and softscape were invaluable. His field team were professional and polite and easy to work with. I have nothing but the highest praise for Frontier Landscaping and Shaun Schmitt and his entire team. We had our backyard landscaped beginning the day we moved into our new home. We worked closely together and he and his team (including Brandon, our foreman on the job) and it came out exactly as I'd dreamed - even better than I pictured in my mind! They are so easy to work with, check in constantly to make sure the job is what we wanted, and even worked with us at the last minute when we decided to make some adjustments to the plan! I mean - it was the last day and we were finishing up and we wanted to add more grass and a bit less rock - and we were able to make it perfect with their guidance! They didn't charge us for any changes - except the additional sprinkler head (which was only the cost of the materials) No complaints, they were happy to make us 100% happy! They also came by several times to check in and make sure we were happy and adjusted our sprinklers. Best customer service ever!! Thank you Shaun and crew!!

We had an excellent experience using Frontier landscape. They had to resolve a problem created by our Builder's landscapers in our new home. The drainage was terrible, the solution the builder's landscaper gave was terrible, leaving our yard unusable for any flower beds in the back. Frontier came out, had fabulous ideas not only to solve the drainage problem, but also to make our yard look very beautiful. They put in a real French drain with a drywell (not just a big ditch with rocks like our builder did), increased the flower bed area, created some mounds, planted 5 trees, and reshaped the lawn. The design was beautiful, beyond anything we could have imagined.We liked what they did so much, we had them come out a year later to add an extra zone to our sprinkler system so we could have drip irrigation to all of our planting areas outside of the lawn area.

Sean is very knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time discussing various options and ideas and answering all of my questions. I had lots of landscaping questions about making decisions for what to put in and where, and how to care for various types of plants. Sean not only is knowledgeable but very personable and professional. He took a lot of time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The crew came out and did the work on time as expected, and did a very professional job. We highly recommend Frontier for any work you may need to have done whether it be a large or small job. We would definitely use them again if we have any future needs. We cannot speak highly enough of them and their work.

Mr. Steve Pash from Frontier Landscaping has been an absolute blessing to my family! After moving to Washington about 2.5 years ago, having a beautiful baby girl, building our very first home, and my husband deploying for a year.. I was lost and feeling defeated when it came to maintaining our yard. In the peak of summer I noticed the grass was dying, and the weeds were getting out of hand. I reached out to Mr. Steve, and he and his team quickly started the process of rejuvenating the front and back yard. After multiple trips over to seed, fertilize, aerate, mow, and edge our yards, they are looking better than ever! They even returned to work on my front yard (when to me it looked okay) bc it didn’t meet their standards!! I am so appreciative of Frontier Landscaping and everything they have done for my family! I can’t wait for my solider to return to our well manicured lawn! The quality of service this company provides is impeccable!! 10 out of 10 recommended!!♥️

I met with Shawn today to help me solve an irrigation problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. Explained the issues to me in a way that was easy to understand. Solved the immediate problem and talked about what we can do in the spring to fix the entire problem. The consultation was no charge and he established a trust that will bring me back later for a final solution. I was extremely impressed with Shawn and the company he represents and look forward to being able to call on him in the future for any landscaping and/or irrigation projects.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From beginning to end, they have been professional, prompt, excellent on communications, and just all out do a great job! My front yard is transformed, the neighbors who walk by are transfixed by the design and beauty, and I am happier than I have been in a long time! Not to mention, they decorated my Charlie Brown Christmas tree, and helped me fix a front door light and garage door light -- at no extra charge and with a smile! I liked the front so much I am having them do the back too!

If I have an issue, Casey and crew try to bump things around to get the work done.

We were pleased with Shaun’s professionalism and knowledge while discussing our project needs and goals with us. Jose & Chad, the team who did the work, were also professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. They showed up on time & left the work area organized & clean at the end of each day. Our project was to remove front & back lawns, reshape with new borders to increase planting beds. We also had an additional zone added to irrigation system for the enlarged planting beds around the lawns. A spigot tied into irrigation system was added to compensate for our lack of hose hookup on one side of our yard. We’re very pleased with the quality and speed of the work they did for us and we do recommend Frontier Landscaping without hesitation
