I had a great experience from the moment they picked up the phone. They heard my concern and was eager to help. Very friendly and puts the customer first. He heard that I was having a bad experience from a different company and wanted to make it right for my piece of mind. The price was right and the technician timing was quick and efficient. One of your drivers almost caused damage to my vehicle this morning at Sunpointe Apartments. They were too impatient to wait for a vehicle to pass so I could turn left, and jumped the curb and ran over the sidewalk to turn left, with about 3 ft of space to get by me to make that turn before speeding off down the roadway. I have video I plan to turn over to the apartment complex as soon as I get home from work today as well as i will post it here with the license plate. This guy should not be driving on a public roadway if he's going to drive recklessly, in a company vehicle no less.

What a great experience. I never like paying for things, but when i do at least the service could be great. that is what a felt about Peter. He was curious, knowledgeable, and precise. Thank you peter for easing my money separation anxiety BTW---- You are invited to Thanksgiving if you don't have plans. .
