Not really sure why you need to drive 55/60 mph through a residential area when it’s clearly posted the speed limit is 25 mph with people crossing the streets. This is who you have representing your company?

Sam Leon & his team at New Vista Construction did a fantastic job of installing 2 drainage pipes that run from our downspouts out to edge of our property. They also carefully replaced all of the sod where they dug the ditches, so that we didn't have to reseed the grass. Sam & his team are very experienced, trustworthy and responsive to customer requests.

We recently had a basement leak due to holes in our basement wall and poor drainage. New Vista came in at a competitive price without trying to up sell or use any of the other shady negotiating tactics many drainage contractors attempted. The work was done quickly and cleanly.

I am highly impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness. I could hardly tell that for a week my lawn had been full of holes and trenches. I would recommend new vista to anyone with a drainage or basement project.
