I've used First Call Septic for several years and they always provide top notch service. They now have a feature that allows you to track exactly when they'll arrive and that's very convenient. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

Above and beyond service! Paid for septic pump and the tech noticed that there was a broken piece in the tank. Fixed it at no extra charge. Very professional and friendly. Plus no credit card fees like other pumping services in the area. Will definitely be going through them next time!

Moved into a home in Felida. Called First Call Septic to empty/inspect the septic tank since they had serviced this house in the past. Extremely pleased with the service. They took time to explain the type of system we have, what they had done in the past and gave tips on how to keep the tank working correctly. Most definitely will refer First Call Septic to my friends!

Amazing!!!!!! So friendly. Iris actually cared about my plumbing problem in my house. I thought it was a septic tank issue, so Eric came and inspected my septic tank. Turns out it's a plumbing issue, but they're going to pump our septic tank for us anyway. Fast, honest, QUALITY work done right. The only people you should call for septic tank issues. If you don't, you'll be calling them to fix it. Really.

We couldn't be more pleased with First Call Septic. Chris came out originally and was ready to do the inspection but unfortunately our concrete pathway covered the inspection cover so he had to come back a few days later to cut away the concrete to complete the inspection. The tank was pumped out a couple days later by John. Everyone at First Call was friendly, professional and extremely proficient at their jobs! And Iris was great to work with as well - she always kept us informed! Thanks you guys - we will certainly recommend you to others!!

Absolutely Fantastic! Would recommend to anyone. Ronnie the owner is super knowledgeable. As a first time Septic owner Ronnie took extra time to explain dos and donts and system features when I first bought my house. Had an alarm yesterday and Chris was there within an hour, and was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Turned out the property I purchased pretty much had a whole treatment plant for a septic system. Ronnie was able to repair the system by replacing the compressor/motor and getting everything dialed in to operate as it used to. Saved me a lot of $$$ from converting to a sewer line. Very knowledgeable, great communication, and professional. This should be your go to septic company. A+

Fast, honest, affordable. Ronnie (the owner) came out with some help same day at the earliest side of the window they gave me. He was fast, friendly with the dog, and fixed the problem in about an hour (needed a new pump). I'd absolutely use him again and would recommend to friends. Thank you Ronnie and First Call Septic!

First call is the only call. Iris is always helpful, kind and quick to get you what you need. We have had first call come out to our house for the last 6 years all our inspections and and issues they are here. Most times they will come right away and the inspections are scheduled and they are less then a day or two. I always get a call with extra notice that they are on the way. Any time I have questions the team is always happy to talk me through the whole process.

We had some issues with our system and they helped to resolve them while making sure I was able to know what was going on and gave me the knowledge to keep an eye out for further issues . They have always been honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I am a customer for life.

Really nice guys, especially Ron. Helped us and explained how we messed up our septic system. Even after the issue with the electrician, they still answered our questions, and helped us resolve our problems. Would recommend 11/10

John Schmidt came out today to see if he could figure out what was wrong with our septic tank. The tank was fine, but he went ahead and did some exploration and discovered he was able to clear our mainline easily from the septic tank with a simple wire reel.
He was on time, very professional, and we were not overcharged like so many of the trades are doing these days.
I would recommend John, and First Call Septic as your go to.

First call septic was absolutely amazing! I called to schedule a inspection/pump ASAP and they made it out the very next day! (Every other company was at least a week out ) When Adam (driver) and his helper arrived they were very polite and professional, they walked me through all the steps they were taking and did a very thorough and efficient job! The pricing was fair and my experience was very pleasant! Thank you first call team I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get your septic tank pumped/inspected

I found their website and sent an email at about 10 pm, got a response from the owner around 10:20 pm and had his crew out to my property the very next day! I'm honestly blown away by the above and beyond customer service I received from First Call Septic. Ronnie was so responsive, and his crew was so professional, thorough, and informative. I cannot speak more highly of this company, and one million percent recommend!

Another great experience today with First Call Septic = ) Last night I noticed my high level alarm was on but my pump wasn't running. I called and left a message with First Call Septic last night. They returned my call first thing this morning and sent a technician out to my house right away.

The technician Adam quickly located my issue (a faulty pump float switch). He had parts on hand to correct the issue and had it taken care of in no time. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process.

I scheduled my appointment for a septic inspection online then had to go back and reschedule. The day of my appointment, no one arrived during my appointment window. When I called to ask what happened I was treated with courtesy and kindness. They even agreed to still come out that same day even though there was a glitch in the system. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Great overall experience!
