Great experience! I was somewhat apprehensive imagining all the work our re-pipe was going to take - the construction and dust . However, it needed to be done. Justin at Aqua Star lined out the scope and timeline and stuck to it. It was not intrusive at all and at the end of each day you never knew they were there. The house was spotless. VERY HAPPY with the work! I would recommend them to friends.

Justin and his brother-in-law recently re-piped our home, which is quite a daunting undertaking. Replacing rusty, leaky, galvanized pipe with brand new PEX pipe, including a new main water line. The entire project took two days and their work was flawless.

They are meticulous, detailed, and true modern-day craftsmen. They even fixed the shoddy work of a recent water tank replacement by a well-respected local plumbing company.

Before starting the project, Justin did a walk-through with me and explained what they were going to do, and listened to my questions including a list of things I asked him to check out while they were under our house. He never wrote anything down and I honestly thought (like so many other contractors I've hired) that he was simply being polite. But throughout the two days, he continually kept me updated and even remembered all the little things I asked him to look at while he was there. Truly impressive! Shows his level of commitment and engagement with doing an excellent job and providing an unexpected level of service.

I have a very short list of contractors that I keep close at hand, and Aqua Star Plumbing is on that list. Detailed, and meticulous craftsmen. A rare find in today's world. They are the only plumbing company that I'll work with and recommend. They earned my business and more!

Justin at Aqua Star Plumbing is a true professional! After calling numerous local plumbers that turned out to be mostly flaky or rude we found Aqua Star Plumbing and I'm so glad we did. Ours was a somewhat complicated commercial project (we needed a utility sink installed in a storage room where there was no existing plumbing) and Justin literally saved us hundreds of dollars compared to other bids we received. His entire crew was very professional and helpful from start to finish. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail. They had to cut concrete, dry wall, etc. and the area was spotless when they were done. This is something I certainly didn't expect but greatly appreciated. I think it's rare to find service professionals like this anymore who take pride in their work and do what they say they're going to do. Our experience with Aqua Star plumbing has been outstanding! We did a whole house Repipe with Justin in only 3 days and he scheduled drywall and painters back to back. They were quiet while working and kept the holes to a minimum. We’re very thankful for the great job he did!

Did three jobs — water filter removal, new faucet installation, and new dishwasher installation, and hauled the old units away for a very reasonable price. I had a home water pressure reducing valve failure, causing my water pressure to increase to about 140 psi. I called three plumbing businesses for quotes to repair it. JHC Plumbing Services was half the price and they came the next morning to replace the valve. They addressed my problem promptly and the cost was in accordance with their estimate. I highly recommend them.
