We had to call My Plumber for some issues with our kitchen sink and they were so friendly and fixed everything in such a timely manner! I've never been treated so kindly by any other plumbing company. Definitely recommend and will be calling them for any more issues!

Austin from My Plumber LLC was awesome. We hired him to 3 years ago to fix a plumbing pressure issue in our house, and he came in right away after we called since it was an emergency. Everything is fixed, and we haven't had any problems since then.

We hired him again two weeks ago to fix the plumbing in our rental for the new dishwasher installation.

He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. Everything is ready to go 30 mins after he arrived. The cherry on top, his rate is very reasonable.

I called plumbers all over Portland. None of them could make it within a week, and the rates were extremely high. Austin really cares about solving problems for his customers and goes above and beyond to help people out.

Hi there I had a plumbing emergency thought I could do it myself! ....wrong so I called my plumber and Austin responded right away he fit me in his already planned out day which was awesome! He was very understanding and polite and absolutely no judgement from him on me trying to tackle the job on my own....He fixed my pluming problem leaving no mess behind. Also Austin was very upfront about what I needed to be fixed and did not pressure me into any extras or additional upgrades. That was great! I will definitely recommend him and the company to all my friends and anyone in need of plumbing issues or needs! :)

I don't leave reviews often. Austin and team from My Plumber deserve this praise and the time it takes to write it up! He was prompt and clear on all communication, professional and punctual. He repaired my water main line in 4 hours with very little of property disturbed. His pricing was similar to other quotes. The piece of mind I have now after such a big repair is my biggest element of gratitude from this company. I highly recommend!

Have had them do a lot of plumbing work for me through the years, including replacing my water main pipe into the house after the 70 year old one ruptured. Always excellent work and good communication with me.

Austin, the owner, runs a great crew from his office staff being kind and quick to get back to ya to the fast and efficient technicians that show up on time. They installed a hot/cold water bib inside my garage for a pressure washer setup I'm installing. I highly recommend calling and seeing if they can help you with your plumbing needs.

Noticed a leaking water heater Saturday night in my garage. Called My Plumber and he had a new one on Monday ready for an afternoon install. In/Out in an hour with professional service, install, and clean up.

Called My Plumber when I had my main water line burst going to my house. They were out to look at it 45 minutes later, and had the crew out fixing it the next day. Super reasonable pricing unlike many other price gougers. Very friendly crew and fixed it super quick and cleaned up everything before leaving. Pipes now better than ever. Can't say enough how amazing this company was. 10/10

I had three bids for a tankless water heater swap; I went with My Plumber who were very competitive and had excellent reviews. Very thorough explanation of what to expect and prep. On installation day, Austin’s crew showed up on time and ready to go. Fast and efficient, and they cleaned up the work area well. Highly recommended!!

What sets them apart from other groups in my opinion was the clear communication, competitive pricing and truly professional vibe. They repiped our house, which was a challenging bid given 2 floors on a hillside. They minimized dry wall cuts and intelligently knocked it out fast and clean. High integrity group. Would recommend them.
