Mr. Jacob was very prompt with his work. He was very courteous, calling me “sir”. He thoroughly explained the work he needed to do to clean my primary sewer line in my home. He was conscientious about keeping my home clean by laying down plastic on my floor and wearing over shoes. I felt the two hour service was over priced, even applying today’s plumber wages. I hope that I receive the invoice and video clips of his inspection via email soon, as promised.

Colby was on time and very professional. He explained the work he would be doing and it was quick and efficient. I really appreciate the work he did. Went above and beyond my expectations. I am very appreciative of how fast the company was able to get Colby out to fix my drainage problem.

We had a near disaster today: Black Friday, 3pm, and the mainline to our septic tank stops draining. Can't use toilets, can't use showers. Thankfully Mr. Rooter and our plumber, Atreyu, came to the rescue. Atreyu was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and took care of the issue quickly, cleanly and efficiently. A big relief, and a big shout out to him!

Horrified that you are going to read this outloud haha, but I am really really appreciative of the hours & effort Atreyu and Jacob spent fixing some of the plumbing in my weird old house. They were friendly and super informative about what they were uncovering. Financial changes were also very clearly explained. I normally would opt for a company that seemed more local/less corporate, but this appointment ended up working out great.

With a baby coming any day, we were in urgent need. Terry came out very quickly, solved the problem right away, went above and beyond to check other potential issues, ensure the best prices, and send out estimates for other things we may want to consider. Very personable and kind.

Jacob, the technician who came to our house, couldn't have been better in the excellent work that he did and his interactions with us. We were his last stop on a very busy day for him, the day after Thanksgiving. He was very professional and a great communicator, explaining what he was doing and why. In addition, he even laughed at my dad jokes. You can't ask for more.

David was a true professional! He was hardworking and confident. He got the job done well and we would welcome his service whenever we need it. Thank you David!

Riko and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job repairing our crusty old shower valve (which I damaged attempting a DIY repair) . And replacing a short section of copper pipe which had a pin hole in it. And to top it all they did it on a Sunday.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter to anyone needing a plumber.

Terry Drake did a wonderful job for us and my husband and I are so grateful. We were in a terrible spot with our plumbing and he fixed all of the clogs in the drainage. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge!

We had a pipe break that caused water to fill into our crawls space. Mike from Mr. Rooter was dispatched out to help diagnose and fix the problem. From the moment Mike walked through our door we knew we were in good hands. Mike is a journeyman plumber and really knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us clear options for how we wanted to handle to situation. Although Mike was unable to locate the leak, he referred us to a few companies that could do the job and ensured us he could fix it once it was located. That’s not so say that he didn’t try to locate it, because he sure put in a lot of effort digging up spot in our backyard that he suspected was close to the pipe break. Turns out he was about a foot or so away from finding it, but it was under our concrete patio. After having a leak detection company out, Mike returned to complete the job. Mike had already held a spot for us for the following day so it was easy to get him back out to our house. We were his first job of the day and he came ready to tackle the job. He had to cut into the concrete and tried his best to preserve the designer patio we have. Unfortunately he had to jack hammer the spot he cut out, but it was done so without damaging or removing a large portion of our patio. He found it, repaired it and had us all closed up by the end of the day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, efficient, hardworking employee in Mike. He made this experience not so bad considering the circumstances. The pricing was fair, the work was great quality and we enjoyed having Mike at our home.

Mr. Colby arrived in his red stallion right on time and ready to work! He was so nice and polite. My wiener was very excited to see him! He pet my wiener and even showed me pictures of his sister’s wiener! And of course he also put his hands on my tank which was greatly appreciated:) I will most definitely continue using his services for the next 69 years.

Mr.Atreyu and Mr. Jacob did an awesome job. Showed up on the expected arrival time , did a thorough diagnostic procedure of why my downstairs ceiling was dripping constant drops of water from above. Reasonable price to cut 1ftx1ft ceiling rock sheet and checking the source of the leak. Thankfully no active leak . Highly recommend these guys for good job they did 👍

I can’t say enough great things about Atreyu from Mr. Router Plumbing! From start to finish, he was the definition of professionalism. He arrived within a hour for an emergency plumbing call when no other companies would help. He greeted me with a polite and friendly attitude, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue.
What truly stood out was his patience — he took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His knowledge and attention to detail were clear from the start, and he made sure every step of the job was done right.
Atreyu and Jacob were courteous, respectful of my home, and took care of my plumbing issue as well as fixed my disposal. They were life savers as I am having people over and didn’t want the dreaded plumbing issues with a house full of guests. Same day repair to a leaky toilet with no emergency repair surcharge. Atreyu Sondergaard came out - the response time was very quick. Walked me through what he was doing and why, and explained all the options. Felt like the important thing was costumer satisfaction and not just getting on to the next job. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Atreyu.

Colby was excellent. Very professional and arrived early in the scheduling window. He inspected the mainline from multiple sides to diagnose the issue and hit the clog from the best position when we had a total stoppage backing up into our only bathtub. He was mindful of our older plumbing and addressed the issue without risking damage under the house. He even added a small part under our kitchen sink for free that I didn’t realize needed fixing. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up well when he was done. He gave us some long term maintenance advice as well. Mr. Rooter is more expensive than most local plumbers but they are the only plumbers around here who come out on very short notice on the weekends, and they give you a bottle of biological pipe cleaner with the service. You get what you pay for, emergency service so we could bathe this weekend and the technicians are very thorough. Thank you, Colby.

I made the appointment by phone and it was very fast and easy. The technician, Jacob, was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing or asked his trainer if he did not. Mostly he did not. I will recommend Mr Rooter to friends even if they are not friends. Thanks to Jacob!
