Jacob was awesome to work with. I opted to pay vs doing it myself because you could tell he wasn’t trying to sell me and he just wanted to do good work. Best type of person to hire. Respectful, clean, quick and an all around nice guy. Pricey but that’s not on him and once he left it felt more worth it.

From start to finish, the customer service was amazing. We were given a 2 hour window and received a call within the early part of the window letting us know our technician Jacob was on his way. Then we received a text photo of Jacob. He was so polite and worked for 2 hours at our clog - calling the main office for guidance when he couldn't get past a discovered pinch point. He was communicative the entire time. Eventually he called for reinforcements and Supervisor George arrived. Even though he is a Green Bay Packers fan, we allowed him on our property. They were finally able to get past the pinch point and cleared our drain at least 100 feet. We really appreciate how hard Jacob worked to clear the issue and that he recognized additional help was needed. Thank you to George for driving out and assisting to get us past the goal line! Mike Lindsey and his partner did a fantastic job repairing a drain pipe that flooded my basement after another plumbing company installed a dishwasher. They took the time to explain the various options, provided clear and fair pricing for each choice, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Mr. Rooter—and Mike in particular—were recommended by the water mitigation company, and I’m very thankful for that advice. The flooding in my house was caused by an inept plumber from a different local company, so I was understandably gun-shy about bringing in another plumber. However, Mike and his partner clearly knew what they were doing—unlike the previous company, which spent eight hours installing a dishwasher and caused the flooding. Both Mike and his partner were clearly experienced and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them, not only for the quality of their work but also for the price—a great value all the way around.

Jacob was outstanding! He was incredibly friendly and brought a wealth of knowledge to our situation, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He completed the job efficiently and made the entire process easy to understand. I highly recommend his services.

I needed an emergency plumber to fix a toilet install from another contractor. Their dispatch sent Mr Jacob and he got to my house pretty quickly, within an hour of my call. He identified the issue immediately and was able to redo the work the previous contractor did. He was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use Mr Rooter again.

I had a drainspout issue early on a Saturday morning and called Mr. Rooter late on Friday. Jacob Costa showed up promptly and was incredibly professional. He recommended courses of action which weren't the most expensive but were honest. Will definitely call again when I run into issues.

Colby came out to our house for what I thought would be a simple unclogging of our kitchen sink but he discovered that one of our clean outs had failed, backed up with soil and was leaking sewage when in use. He provided photo and video of testing to show us what was going on. We approved the work right away.

He went right to work and in a few hours had everything cleaned up and working great. Mind you this all happened after I called that same morning to just make an appointment. Excellent service from the entire team and Colby was great to work with. We will definitely be using their services in the future!

Eric and Aidan(I'm afraid I've forgotten his name, but it began with A) arrived when they said they would, friendly, professional, and right to work. *They listened to me, respectfully, and assessed my plumbing problems. They were wonderfully knowledgeable, and offered options without pressure. Then they fixed, both the 2 problems I mentioned, and one (also in the kitchen sink area) that I had not known about, but was truly there when they showed me. I recommend them, both for their plumbing knowledge and ability and for their excellent customer relations.

Paul has done lots of plumbing work for both our residences. One was a remodel. He does beautiful professional work. He was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our needs. I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Paul was amazing! I had to have a lot of plumbing work done in order to sell my house. I got a couple other quotes and was so stressed with the high prices I was given to do the jobs. Paul was literally half as expensive and had fantastic customer service. He is quite busy but was still able to get my job done that same week and in only a few hours. He is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with!!!

Paul and his guys were amazing. They installed our tankless water heater, moved a water faucet, and installed new toilets. His rates were fair, his work was efficient and functional. I would most highly recommend Paul for all your plumbing needs.

There was an issue with the tankless venting (per the inspector, but I think they were being overly cautious) and Paul was back within hours to make the recommended changes, no additional charges to me. He really cares that the job is done right and the customer is happy.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism! Paul showed up on time and took care of the issue with our water filtration system. We had a tried a couple of different plumbers previously and we had absolutely no luck getting our water filtration system back online.
