Ricardo and Edwin came and did a BEAUTIFUL repipe job of my upstairs bathroom in an old house. Better than I could've ever expected. I've dealt with several plumbers after a leak and also a terrible DIYed bathroom I inherited. These guys are the absolute best and the price is so fair.

I've used this company a few times and the plumbers are good, fast etc. No issue there. I had them come out to replace two P Traps and they were in and out in 30 minutes, there was a leak on the underside of the sink I noticed and had them go back. Total time at the house for both trips 45 minutes.

They try to invoice me 630 dollars because the owner says "my trucks cost 200/hr to run". Greedy and unfair. I am no plumber but wouldn't you run the sink to check for leaks before leaving?

Then if you have to come back, you charge the customer full price for another service call?

Chris came and did a Free plumbing inspection. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained my plumbing to us. Offered clear solutions without pushy sales. We scheduled repairs, and they were done next day. Great service !

Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of the entire house, and was able to diagnose the problem (two separate leaks!) with ease. Chris from United Water Services changed a filter on a water conditioner unit (his company installed about 3 yrs ago) and also descaled our waterless hot water tank. He was great. All working, clean, and just not high pressure for sales. I do like this company and Chris was great explaining and showing me how I can do the services if I want in the future.

Chris checked all of our plumbing and water treatment system, installed our under sink filters and replaced a broken part, drained our water heater and replaced a part in our water heater that we wanted to upgrade

Jake Carlson is very trustworthy, kind, and I would absolutely recommend his business to my friends and family.

We discovered a broken pipe under our kitchen sink at around 8pm and were able to get scheduled that night for repair first thing in the morning. We could not be more happy (and relieved!) with the work that was done. While they were here, they were also able to replace a hot water heater and clean up some other issues left behind by the previous owner of our home. We really appreciate the last minute booking, the extra jobs completed while on-site, and that everything was left clean and orderly upon completion. Thanks so much!
