Our sewer line was blocked with tree roots, so we called Mr. Rooter and they sent Jacob Acosta. He was very professional and did a good job. He provided a video and distance to the blockage as well.
In 2017 I paid $390 for the same job, this time it was $821,which I consider a rip off for 1.5 hours.

Phil Boehm was an excellent technician! Pleasant and courteous disposition. Checked all locations for where the clog was and took care of it.
The gal that took my call was also very courteous and called me back the moment she knew when the guy would head my way. This was followed up with a text and a photo of the guy coming. This is excellent service!
My stars are based on the outrageous cost and not on the employee. I have no idea how these prices are calculated but in my opinion I feel like after covid everybody just decided to hike their costs and gouge customers! I'm a senior citizen as well as disabled and have no idea how to continur to afford matters that concern home ownership.

Sink was backed up and I couldn't fix it myself so finally called Mr. Rooter and they got someone out to me pretty quickly. Terry was really helpful and explained all the steps he went through and got the clog...unclogged. I'd definitely use their services again sometime.

Jacob Costa did a great job fixing my clogged sink and bathtub. My home has some older plumbing and is not the easiest , but Jacob took on the challenge with a smile. I appreciated how clear and up front he was about each step and how he would communicate the unknowns. I felt like he was there to make sure my problems were resolved and didn’t have any pressure to get done by a particular time or with any agenda. I would recommend him and Mr. Rooter.

We love Mr. Mike Lindsey with Mr. Rooter. He has come over to our house many times for issues that other plumbers had tried to repair without success. He always repairs our plumbing exactly how we need (or teaches an apprentice how to!). His apprentice David this time was friendly, and glad to lead the initial investigation of a water leak in our crawl space. Mike is our go to guy. He has over 40 years of plumbing experience and his knowledge shows. He’s always kind, communicative, and reliable. Highly recommend Mr. Mike to anyone. P. S. Our toy Australian shepherd LOVES balls; Mike and David gifted him one.

Jacob was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a pretty major clog in our kitchen drain. He offered multiple solutions and recommended which he thought was the best choice. Very happy with the results.

Mr. Atreyu Sondergaard diagnosed our not very old cheap water heater from Home Depot. It came with the house, advertised as new. It was no longer working correctly and could easily cause a fire. He changed out the bad heater for a new one. It was done quickly and brought everything up to code. He was knowledgeable and even put up with multiple questions we had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help. One other note. We had plumbing work done when we moved in. That company actually caused damage to walls in rooms they were working adjacent to. We had no damage from Atreyu.

This was a great service. They let me know when they were going to be there and called when they were 5 minutes out. We had a sewer back up due to roots in the line. They scoped out sewer lines and figured out where the clog was. Colby said as great. Polite, explained everything and took care of things efficiently. Per hour the service is a little pricey. But we called Sunday morning and and Colby was there within a couple hours. So it was worth it for our situation.

Jacob Costa was great — very kind, informative, and professional. We were able to book an appointment and within an hour later had service. 30 day guarantee. Great experience overall.

John Fry was very personable and knowledgeable. He also shared his knowledge with me to help me make my decision. He is a very kind soft spoken thoughtful and knowledgeable about his profession. I will call again when I have plumbing issues.

Terry, Brian, and Kevin did an outstanding job fixing my sewer repair! They worked well together in getting a tough repair fixed, and were so thorough and hard working! I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to others.

We had Riko Russell from Mr. Rooter come out to our house on a Sunday to help us unclog our kitchen sink drain. He arrived at our house within an hour of calling to make an appointment which was fantastic. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us two options for fixing our drain pipe with two different prices - one higher and one lower. After we chose to have our pipe hydro flushed riko got straight to it and I believe within a half hour to an hour the clog was fixed. We get a one year warranty and a drain cleaning enzyme to use one a month with the service to keep the pipes clear. This guy was awesome and turned what was a very frustrating and stressful situation into a quick fix and we could get on with our weekend. I would highly highly recommend using Mr. Rooter plumbing and we will be using them in the future if need be.

Atreyu Sondergaard came and helped us out with our main line drain. He was polite and easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing and was eager to help us with our problem. He had a keen eye for cleanliness through the entire process.

Our guy Riko showed up first thing in the morning with a smile on his face! He was kind and courteous and professional throughout the service. We explained our situation and the problem we were encountering from the original plumbing of our house and he came with suggestions and solutions and we feel he went above and beyond to accomplish the task. Two thumbs up and 10/10 would recommend!

Atreyu was awesome!! He was personable, communicated clearly, and listened to our issue. He was then able to quickly fix the clogged drain and even found another problem which he was able to fix before it became a much bigger problem. We were very impressed with his skills, both professional and people.

Let me tell you first, even though we've had great service from Mr. rooter in the past, we were trying to save money by calling a "local" company to unclog our bathroom sink.
We paid that "other" company and they could not snake it clean. (neither could we which is why we calles "them").
2 hours and almost $800 dollars later we were told they had to cut support joists in the basement, or cut the wall open to replace piping.
Guess what.
We decided a big "no thank you" and planned to live without a bathroom sink for a bit and see how inconvenient it was.
One month later, we called Mr Rooter.
Mr. Jacob Costa was our service professional.
He met and greeted our "vicious" dogs, promised us a fix for $500...and also promised he would NOT leave until the clog was cleared.
He met all his promises.
He even got dog kisses and jumps of love when the dogs accidentally got out of the room we closed them in.
He was totally professional, he listened, he followed us to the basement to look at the "T joint" that supposedly needed replacement.
Jacob said, "I'm going to do what I do and have this running before I leave.". Period.
He fixed the clog in under 2 hours, replaced the coupling under the sink the other company lost when they snaked and tried to fix this clog, and shared a little of his military background with us because we are all service members in this home.
Best service ever!

I called because 3 mountain service and they never set up the appointment when I made it. So here I took time off especially for this appointment to only find out it never was made. I was irritated when I found your number on Google and Courtney said they could be e there within the hour!! Jacob and Arteyu show up. Fabulous guys. Very nice indeed, Rico was chill, our sink is better than ever, 5 stars. Rico is a true professional, very smart problem solver. On the job quick thinker. We had a monster of an obstruction and the entire piping had to be replaced. Rooter Plumbing came right away, and their professional they sent gave the best impression as to ethics. Brian and his work partner were very professional and not only flushed out and did maintenance check on my water heater, which was the reason for the visit, but made sure my sinks, toilets and showers were working well too. I’d recommend them to anyone. Everyone knows the name Mr Rooter plumbing and this is the reason why; trust and value.

We had an appointment with a competitor to come out and unclog a drain on a Friday and they canceled on us, so we called Mr. Rooter at like 5pm on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get out same-day to fix our issue. Jacob, our service technician, was friendly and professional from the start. Sometimes, these service people can feel like intruders in your home or don't engage in a natural way, but right away, Jacob put us at ease and was able to focus on his job but also engage us in natural conversation, not only about the issue with our drain but also just chit-chatting about different stuff. It was like we had known him forever. All that on a Friday night! I couldn't believe how quickly Mr. Rooter was able to dispatch someone to help fix our issue, and that we got someone so friendly or helpful. Not only that, but the competitor I mentioned quoted us on a big project that we need to have taken care of at some point, and Mr. Rooter offered us an estimate for a less-expensive alternative that would achieve the same results.
