Travis and his team were dealt a terrible hand of cards with my home flip project. The plumbing system was 63 years old and needed a full rehab. There were several circumstances including a limited crawl space, rotted subfloors and subfreezing temperatures that made the job rough. His team came in, created a plan and executed it from start to finish. Just before closing the home sale, they came in and reinforced the fixtures to ensure the next Homeowner was taken care of. This is a five star plumbing company. Highly recommended!

Tasks:
1. Updated piping/plumbing in crawl space to meet code standards.

1.1 Many years ago, a pipe was replaced by another company and they used incorrect materials. I had multiple plumbers confirm that the material was not up to code.

2. Upgraded booster pump for my whole-home Reverse-Osmosis water filtration system with two (2) new state of the art DAB Esybox Mini 3 units that work in tandem and redundancy, should one fail.

2.1 The previous single booster pump was underpowered for my home and was failing.

Travis did an excellent job on fixing up the issues. Initial starting fee was $150 to fix the leaky sink issue. Needed to have a new main water shut off installed, the previous one was delicate and did not shut off water fully. Added us up to about $500 with some change. That can seem like a lot to some, but fixing the problem early right is better than fixing it later when its worse. He went in the house, worked, communicated, and went about payment professionally. We were curious about later projects so he secure us a quote for 30 days. I recommend this pro for plumbing related matters for sure!
