We’ve seen the real difference after Dennis’ work. Our sidewalks are clean again, no moss, no rust, so fresh and bright! Can’t imagine how much time and effort it would require if we did it ourselves! So thankful there is such a service available. Dennis of Atlas Softwash was great. He cleaned my roof and gutters. The moss was mostly gone and what was left you could tell was dead or dying as it was now white. He went the extra mile and even pressure washed a small area next to my jacuzzi that I had forgotten about from the summer.

Dennis from Atlas Softwash was great to work with, we talked about all the moss we had on our concrete and asphalt around our condo complex. He came out and inspected the property addressed our concerns about the cleaning process since we have a lot of concrete paths around the property close to trees and plants. We wanted to make sure that the chemicals being used would not harm the plants.

The whole process was very smooth and he addressed all our concerns during the process of cleaning we had some residents that needed to move cars or provide access to there private spaces in order to make sure the cleaning process was completed on time.

Would definitely hirer again!

I found Atlas Softwash LLC through ANGI along with 3 other companies they sent to me regarding my project of Roof cleaning, pressure washing my house siding, rain gutter cleaning and window washing. Atlas was the first company to reach out to me by phone and after speaking to Dennis, I was impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly he was. When I received the estimate it was very reasonable so I trusted my instincts and approved it. After he completed my cleaning project, I was very pleased.
