The concrete pressure washing itself was decent, but they were unreliable about showing up on time and did not communicate well with a follow-up appointment for our roof wash. With better scheduling and responsiveness, they could be a much more dependable service.

We had the best experience with Tyler and Wash & Dash Exterior Cleaning. Tyler came out today to soft-wash our house and pressure wash the sidewalks, driveway and patio. From start to finish, it was a seamless experience. I requested a quote, he came out and sent over an estimate the same day, he was responsive to texts and emails, he was able to schedule is within our time-frame, he arrived on time and did an amazing job. He even noticed a couple things that he wants to come back out to do again when he has more time - things we didn't even notice or care about - but his attention to detail and commitment to do a good job shone through. I will definitely be hiring him for window washing, roof-cleaning, house cleaning, pressure-washing and to hang our Christmas lights. Super happy with our choice! My only regret is that I didn't take before pictures!

They showed up for an estimate super quickly gave me a very fair price. We’re able to schedule my gutters in a week’s time and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and took some photos to show me the before and afters cause my ass wasn’t about to get on the roof. I’m Thankful for them!
