This company sells made in Washington, efficiency solar panel and installation. What they really sell is an extremely professional business. From the time Dave Wood called me, I’ve had nothing but positive feelings about installing the solar cells. I looked them up at the better business bureau and in the time they have been in business they have had zero (0) complaints. They walked me thru the permitting, installation and components. The installation crew was phenomenal!! They worked so well together the entire project was completed in three hours. The crew cleaned up so well I think they cleaned up some of my messes too! I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish I would have had them do my installation a few years back!

The office managers are communicative and never leave you wondering what’s happening through the process. The men who installed my 30 panels worked their butts off. Pro-Stat Solar Group has been reliable since my system’s installation in 2016. Recently, Rick resolved an issue with two arrays quickly and professionally. Time is crucial with solar, and I appreciate their swift service.

The folks at PNW Solar showed us how we could generate nearly all of our own energy while utilizing the PUD as a huge energy storehouse. They took care of all the installation including working with the PUD to figure out an easement issue around the area where the panels needed to be installed (ground mount). They even told us when the state changed the rules over the summer to not charge sales tax. They redid the contract so we didn’t have to pay it. We went live July 26th and, until recently, have sent more energy to the PUD than we’ve used. We still generate most of what we use on these short sunny days.

Rick provided exceptional service by fixing a roof leak caused by one of my panels. He and his crew handled the repairs efficiently, and the communication was great. Pro-Stat Solar Group is lucky to have him!

Prostat came on Monday and went to work, the crew was so professional, When a crew like this shows up, has a plan, executes and puts their name on the work done with pride, our electrical inspector was impressed with the set up and usage of space, the crew were all Prostat, no outside contractor, the roof crew was assembling and the electricians were doing their setups, came Monday morning and finished before 3 on Tuesday.
