Ben and Ryan installed our four windows and did an excellent job!
They arrived on time both days, prepped the work area with tarps, and took care around the outdoor plants when setting up and working. They explained the installation process every step of the way—the “how and why” of what they were doing. We were given choices when trim was needed and when dry rot was found. They were pleasant and courteous and skilled in their work. When the job was completed, Ben demonstrated how the windows worked, how they could be removed or repaired if needed, how to install the screens, and details of the warranty. They also washed the windows and left all areas clean. We are very pleased!

Window installation went smoothly, with only two glitches: one window was the wrong color (reordered for later installation) and the re-use of the original shutters was not communicated to the on-site team. Speaking of the on-site team, Tom & Tony were great, working quickly and efficiently, and problem-solving on the fly (see shutters mentioned previously, as well as moving a doorbell location). Great job, guys!

The installers from Vancouver were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, good workers and polite when I asked any question.
The windows look great and I can feel the benefit of having strong, prefect fitting windows.
I wish they would have made one adjustment for my short frame and lowered the lock on one window. There was a delay when the manufacture sent the wrong patio door. Time to receive the new door and scheduling. I am very happy now that the job is done and i love how they look.

My salesman Alvin was great to work with. Went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied with the ordering and purchasing process. Responsive to texts and phone call. Just an all around great guy as well.

Final measurements man was great, I can't remember his name, probably because he was in and out in about 20 minutes for nine windows, measurements were perfect!

Installers Tom and Tony knew exactly what they were doing, and showed considerable patience for me as a DIY guy asking questions to understand how the job was done. Tom IMMEDIATELY pointed out an issue with one of the windows and let me know what he planned to do to remedy the issue, leading me to....

General Manager Mike Lent. I spoke with him on the last day of the install about the window in question that had the panes of glass reversed (tempered on top instead of bottom). Mike immediately confirmed that the window has been ordered right, and that it had been assembled wrong at the factory. He contacted them, cc'ed me on all communication, and arranged for MIlgard to make the window right, which was done today.

Sonia in the office was very helpful during a couple phone calls, and her email about how the ordering, installation and payment process would go was great.

We had our exterior doors replaced by Lifetime Windows and Doors. We are in love with how our new doors looks. Our house can be difficult to work with due to the age and build style but our install crew did an amazing job. Tomy and Hugo were very polite and extremely fast.

Our sales person, Angela worked very well with us in a low pressure sale to make sure we could get what we need in our budget.
The wonderful Matt came to install the windows and was professional, fast, and friendly. Matt and Oscar came back the next day to do the trim and finish the job beautifully.
This is the second time we’ve used Lifetime for windows, they were the only company that didn’t try to force us into getting our whole house done at once and work led with us to do it piece by piece as we could afford it. We will use them again when we choose to finish our last three windows.

We chose Lifetime after calling around to a few companies. They came when they said they would and were so kind and knowledgeable. My Mom and I were so pleased with Lifetime’s customer service and quality of work. Everyone from Nick, Christine and Kai and his Assistant. They each deserve their own 5 stars!! I appreciated the sales staff who was quick to respond and update me with any delays. Tom, Tony and Solomon who installed my windows were great! They arrived at 7:30 and had my 2 windows installed by 10! The new windows look fantastic! They were professional and kept my house clean. I would definitely use this company again.

Tom and Kevin did an exceptional job installing a new sliding door on my home!

We were very pleased with both Kai and Keith from Lifetime Windows and Doors. They were friendly and professional. They worked hard and efficiently to install our new sliding glass door. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any future work we need done. The sliding door works great and glides so smoothly it takes no effort to open. Love it!

This is the second time we have done business with this company. We were able to get a quote quickly and Alvin worked with us to get within our budget. Tom & Solomon did a great job on my patio door replacement. They were on time and very courteous. The first thing they did was to put down covers to protect my floors and deck, and then started the job. They took their time and did the job right. When they finished they did a nice job of cleaning up. Well done!

I had all 10 of my old aluminum windows replaced throughout my house. Lifetime was a good price and responsive to my needs providing good updates about steps to installation and scheduling for the long awaited window delivery. The installers -Tom, Tony and Solomon - were just awesome working around our other house projects and completing install and cleanup up work in a rapid and professional manner. My home is at least 10 degrees warmer and all the windows are sealed from the outside now. So grateful !

The product and installation: Our windows and sliding door look excellent and more importantly work! Our new windows do an excellent job of maintaining cool or warm air in our house (which was not the case with our 34 year old windows). I feel that the product (Milgard) and installation (LWD) were both top notch.
Customer Service: outstanding! Our first impression of LWD was with Tate Woodford (a sales consultant). We got four different bids and Tate spent twice the amount of time talking with us as any other company. He also noticed features of our old windows which nobody else noticed. The time spent with us and his approach really sold us.

For installation, Kai Anderson was our main installer and he was equally is communicative and helpful. At several points we interrupted him with questions. Each time we had a question he was patient and always had the answer. He showed up when expected and worked around our schedule in the house (moving room to room so we could continue working at home). I couldn’t recommend working with Kai more.

LWD was great and we would recommend them to our friends and family. Also, veteran owned business is a plus!

Had a great experience with everyone I interacted with. Installers Solomon and Tony were very friendly and competent. Felt completely safe having them work inside my home. They went the extra mile and helped prep the threshold area by the slider that would need the flooring piece moved, and even softened the glue and removed the threshold piece for front door that another company had installed leaving a gap and no room to work. Can't say enough good. Thank you!

I got a bid from a few local window installers and Lifetime beat them all even without the buyer incentives they offer. The whole process was thorough—they came to measure a few times—and the results are fantastic. Josh and Hugo replaced a set of old windows for me and they did a great job.

Very happy with Lifetime Windows and Doors, starting with consultant Tate and installers Kai, Zack and Tom. I had a french door installed to a sunroom along with a window and slider. They look fabulous and the guys were meticulous with detail and discussed when needed.

We are extremely happy with the service and installation of windows provided by Lifetime Windows & Doors. We initially contacted them as a "3rd" option for a bid - we'd only heard TV ads from the other 2 businesses. On the first visit, Sean and Ken blew us away with their knowledge and suggestions to make our experience the best. The decision to go with Lifetime was easy. Tom and Damon (installers) were professional, again, doing excellent work, keeping us informed about schedule/progress on the project and cleaning up after completion. We couldn't be more pleased. They installed 8 windows and 2 sliding glass doors, and provided assistance in learning how the new window mechanisms worked. We HIGHLY recommend this company. You will get excellent and professional service.

The two installers did a great job. They worked steadily and completed the job promptly. They cleaned up nicely after the work and the windows look and feel great.
The workers were innovative in installing the windows and applied finishing features that make the windows look great, blending into the overall building.
