I had a good experience with Lifetime and would recommend them to a friend who was looking to get window quotes. Their pricing was competitive and their install team, Tom and Kevin, were communicative and completed everything on time and as expected. I got my windows in October and I have zero buyers remorse. They handled the energy rebate paperwork and though there was a delay in receiving the check, Lifetime were the ones to follow up with the county and I received my check shortly after.
Don’t be surprised if they ghost you after doing an estimate.
