They are local and friendly. They have competitive pricing. High, like everyone else in region. They are responsive to urgent repair needs, particularly for the elderly.

Prompt friendly service. They showed up on time and diagnosed my problem quickly. Steve, the technician, was friendly, super clean and answered all my questions.

Delicious! Tamales are wonderful but I love the Chilaquiles and Eggs. Make sure you get the homemade green and red salsas!

matt came to our house on time and put plastic booties over his shoes to protect our floors..
he was very clean cut and extremely courteous..
solved our problem and installed the new part
cleaned up after himself and gave complete info as to the billing process..
thanked us for our business and shook hands as he departed

Dan went above and beyond to replace our old heat pump, one of the hottest days on record and a Saturday to boot, Dan came and installed it himself. Definitely 5 star service!!

very happy with the repair and replacement of our propane gas delivery system to our stove top (regulator and tubing). working like new!

These guys are the best. It starts with the woman who sets up the appointments, and continues throughout the service. They installed an air conditioning unit for me, and have done routine maintenance for a long time. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation.

Our remodel contractor hired Vashon Heating and Cooling. After they roughed-in the hydronic floor and we informed them we were ready to finish the system they never got back with us. Weeks of calling and finally showing up at their door they finally told us they would not finish the job with no explanation or help understanding what was needed to finish the job (other than a mis-leading comment to hire an engineer). We were left with a box of parts that others had to inform us were not the right parts to finish the job. After pushing, Vashon Heating and Cooling did provide some of the missing parts. In the end we lost time and money with this contractor. Finally we had West Sound Comfort finish the job with great communication, a fair price and excellent results.

Excellent, knowledgeable service from very pleasant people. Jana, the office contact person, was as good as the service providers. I especially appreciated their Covid safety protocols and felt very comfortable having them in my home. Would heartily recommend Vashon Heating and Cooling!

We had a generator go bad and fry several mini-split heater / AC thingies. Vashon heating and Cooling did a great job getting us back up and running. Special kudos goes to Matt who worked his butt off all by himself, often out in the cold rain and in the dark, getting everything up and running perfectly. This was above and beyond expectations, and every single of the 5 stars here were in no doubt absolutely well earned.

David and his team installed completely new ductwork and insulation under our house, which involved removing all the old ductwork, insulation, plastic ground cover and two defunct old furnaces. This was a big and nasty project. The team completed the job efficiently, timely, and were very professional. I was always kept informed of their progress, any delays and the reasons, and the cleanup job was excellent. The job took about 6 or 7 working days, as I recall. Cleanup was done at the end of each day. Before and after pictures were provided. I would recommend this company to anyone, for both service and installation. They also installed a new furnace for us at another time.

Dan, who owns Vashon Heating and Cooling, has been providing excellent service for over thirty years. Unfortinately furnaces do not live forever and mine died. Within days I had a new and more efficent furnace and so far am seeing lower heating costs. Thanks Dan and all the crew at Vashon Heating and Cooling.

We requested a bid for upgrading our heating system in our house to a heat pump. Dan responded promptly, came when he said he would and was very professional. We ended up using another company but I would not hesitate to recommend them. Jim R

I recently had a heat pump installed by Vashon Heating and Cooling. It was a complicated process because it was dual zone and involved duct work. Vashon Heating and Cooling did superb technical job. And their customer service was equally excellent. I’m delighted with my new heat pump and the overall experience.

Vashon Heating and Cooling installed a new 5 ton Bosch Heat Pump after our old Lenox Heat Pump failed in the 100 degree heat in 2021. The installation and set-up were excellent. Top installers, technicians, and customer service. They are efficient and everyone is nice. I have used their services for 15 years.

We had an old oil furnace that was overdue for replacement and Vashon Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job of providing an excellent value with a modern and efficient system. The new system required some adjustments to the location and ductwork that added a little time to the install but the system functions perfectly, We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Daniel, Mario and Matt and highly recommend them for future work.
