Randy did a great job cleaning the carpets in my house. The online systems was convenient for scheduling, he called me after that to see if I had any questions and narrow down the arrival time, and did a great job on the cleaning.

Randy cleaned our windows with a pole that had a brush attached and water and soap could be regulated through it. Quite ingenious and the windows turned out great-some very dirty from bugs. He gave good advise about how to clean windows without streaks. I'm so happy to have clean windows! Thanks Randy!

Contacted Randy and he responded within hours to say he would be happy to clean our carpets. Easy online scheduling was easy and could list specific things we needed and got a bid right there. He then called me to let me know that his minimum bid covered more sq ft and if we needed anything else done. Came by on time, set up and removed a stain I had tried to remove for months. Randy does just an amazing job. He has done my carpets 7 times. He works on his own and takes great pride in his work. Yes, he's a little more money than most but he is worth every nickel. I have an elderly dog that that has accidents. The care and attention to detail is what sets him apart from others out there. Hands down best carpet cleaning I have ever had, and I've had a lot of dogs and several homes. A bonus is that he is very kind and actually listens to what you want.
