The plumber’s assigned to the project were pleasant knowledgeable and really an asset to the company. Exceptional customer service ( when I needed it most! ) Jason Miller,the lead plumber and his assistant worked long hours and were committed to doing a superior job.

Extremely Poor Service — Safety Concerns Ignored

We reached out to this company due to a strong gas smell and a furnace that kept overheating and shutting itself down — exactly what we explained when scheduling the appointment. The blower fan often fails to turn on, causing the furnace to overheat. This is a known safety hazard.

The technician they sent, Hayden Allen, did nothing more than reset the high-temperature safety switch and tell us everything was “fine.” He dismissed the issue entirely, despite the furnace shutting down to prevent damage and despite our clear explanation of the recurring problem.

During the appointment, he spent 15–20 minutes outside on a personal phone call instead of actually diagnosing the furnace. When I questioned why no real troubleshooting had been done, he argued with me and even contradicted the manufacturer’s own maintenance recommendations.

The furnace failed again that same night, proving that absolutely nothing was resolved.

I appreciate that the company sent someone out quickly — but the service itself was irresponsible and unacceptable. For your own safety and peace of mind, I do not recommend this company.

Alex Dill and Jonathan Fuentes did a great job of cleaning all our vents- they were all business as they blew the dust out of all our air vents and restored clean air to our home and it was all done in a few hours. Thanks guys!

Jacob is an amazing tech, he helped my grandma in walla walla with her system. He made sure everything was running great and provided her with an amazing service, I will definitely recommend Youngs heating and cooling for your HVAC equipment.

Jason Miller came to give us an estimate today on the plumbing issues in our Kitchen. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about several issues we are having in our home. We will be scheduling a time to make repairs. We also signed up with their maintenance program.

Service Technician, Clay Scoles has serviced my residence twice . Both experience have been exceptional. Clay is professional, hard working, and honest. Because of this experience, I definitely will return to Young's Heating and Cooling in the future.

Luis was on time, efficient, and professional. He diagnosed our dryer issue, ordered the part that afternoon, and was back upon receiving the part for installation. We would definitely use Young's again and feel confident recommending them.

Jason Miller was my plumber and he did an excellent job! He kept me informed of what he was doing and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to be scheduled.

We used this company for the first time awhile back because an “electrician” wired our outdoor outlets wrong. When I say wrong I mean dangerously wrong and was fined by the inspector. This company was recommended to us. While out here fixing all the mistakes Luis asked if we wanted to do the annual plan. We decided it was a good deal. They have come out here a couple times for various reasons and we have not had to call them to fix any mistakes as they do it right the first time.

We live out in the country. It’s dark and we get a lot of wildlife roaming through. The cougars and bears being frequent visitors. I have used solar lights previously as I don’t have a lot of outlets outside. We rescued an older dog who is terrified of the dark. She does not like going outside when it’s dark and panics.

We are on the yearly maintenance plan. While they were out here I started asking questions about how difficult it would be to add some lights. Luis was wonderful and explained what lights I would want. He even showed them to me on Amazon. We bought them and they came and installed them in the pouring rain. He didn’t complain. He smiled and was friendly. He didn’t seem bothered with my questions. Very nice man.

The result is my yard now has bright lights. My dog who is afraid of the dark went outside without any complaints. She was calm and didn’t bark. I definitely wish I had done this sooner. I appreciate their hard work and that now my dog feels safe.

I do recommend getting on their yearly maintenance plan. It’s great as they come and check the wiring and make sure everything is working safely and properly. I also get a discount when I need additional help.

Cadman and Brendan were excellent today, they arrived on time, and finished a complicated installation of an on-demand water heater in a basement remodel. They made quick work of challenging access, efficient and professional, kept us aware of developments and cleaned the site before they left in the time frame they estimated. The customer service provided was exceptional, from the front desk staff to the technicians. They were all professional, courteous, and completed all projects promptly. We felt valued and treated like family from the moment we contacted them. I highly recommend their services.

Duct cleaning service was excellent! Both Brendan & Jonathan were both friendly & professional! The cleaning didn’t take long and the guys did not make a mess! Would highly recommend, it’s nice to have a local option.

Exceptional service and great communication. My home was built in 1883 and at times I’m unable to do maintenance work myself. I called Young’s to take a look at my water heater and make sure it’s still functioning properly. They were very thorough and explained I’d need a water heater in the next year or so. I appreciate they didn’t push me to replace at that time but were honest and said I had some time before replacing was necessary. Thanks Youngs!

Excellent customer service from Matt, Luis and Carlos. The team installed two new 8ft LED light fixtures in our garage and replaced two bathroom exhaust fans in our home. They were prompt, friendly and professional to work with.

TL;DR -- Young's did an amazing job installing a ductless system in our 117 year old house!

After 25 years of no air conditioning (actually, the house was built in 1908, so technically 117 years!), we finally decided to put in a five room ductless system. We got bids from three local companies. All were fine, but Young's put together the most detailed bid and listened carefully to our needs. All the employees were amazing: Grayson did the estimate; Cadman, Brendan, and Alex did the installation; and Hayden did the start up. All the employees made sure to talk with us so they understood exactly what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and completed the entire installation in under 3 days. They were careful inside the house, and cleaned up so I couldn't even tell any work had been done. I highly recommend Young's!

We hired Young's for multiple jobs including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. They were timely, thorough, and professional. Special thanks to Jayson, Brendan, Cadman, Brayden, and Luis. These guys are great! Young's will be on speed dial from now on.

Update: We needed another plumbing service so we called Young's. Jason came out again and had the problem figured out and the work done in 30 minutes. Professional, thorough, and pleasant. Always great service from Young's crew!
