The tec was friendly easy to talk to , explained what he needed to do .

Stan was very friendly and visited twice to make sure the measurements were correct. Regardless, the sink didn’t fit perfectly. The installation team did a poor job with the epoxy as pictured. I had to get them from the van as they were leaving and remind them the work order also included plumbing out the disposal. They seemed disappointed to have to return inside to finish the job and seemed to attempt to place the blame on Stan for not communicating the work order to them. Not very professional, would not recommend as it was the more expensive quote we received.

Carlos was friendly, timely, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Total Comfort Solutions in the future.

They came just after the new year to repair a break in my waterline. Fast, friendly, and affordable. Would definitely use their services again.

Total comfort was able to respond quickly to a call for repair of my mom’s furnace. They sent an expert on the type of furnace we have which is an older unit. Josh was able to quickly diagnose the problems; replace the broken parts and install a new, easier to use thermostat so my elderly mother can adjust the temperature to her comfort. I would highly recommend Total Comfort for your hvac needs.

Carlos provided service with our home HVAC units with 1) outstanding customer service, 2) extreme skill-experience with the HVCC knowledge of our systems for testing over 90 minutes of check-outs and 3) team effort to check on billing discounts for our home/situation that took less than 3 min. Overall service was excellent. Andrew was cordial, professional and respectful. Scope of service included general follow up maintenance check related to plumbing integrity, and draining of the water heater.

Total Comfort Solutions has done superb plumbing for me on two separate occasions. However, their water tank supplier (A.O. Smith) is atrocious. We set ours on a schedule, which it only gets right sometimes. My spouse is currently complaining the water is tepid when the schedule says it should be peak temp. You need the app to set a schedule or monitor remotely, but their app has a 1.2-star rating where 1-star is the lowest possible. It deletes my water heater about every month. Total Comfort Solutions, I BEG YOU for the sake of your sterling reputation, please change suppliers!!!
