American Air is a five star company all the way. They installed 3 Mini Splits on a rental property. They are professional, quick to respond. I trust them and highly recommend you give them a try.

One of the units was making noise. They came out right away to fix it. My warranty for the part I needed had just expired. They honored it anyway. This is a company with so much integrity. I am grateful.

I am very happy with American Air. They gave me the best price, which was important to me. They fit me in quickly. Which was so appreciated considering the weather this summer!! And they did a great job! My mini split system is so quiet and works amazingly!

Had a great experience going with American Air for our new furnace, heat pump and fireplace install recently. Tim was outstanding from the initial estimate visit and helped work towards exactly what we were looking for and that made the most sense for our home. The install crew were fantastic. On time, cleaned up as if they’d never been here, the installs were all very well done and we’re a great group overall! Had an error on my system the following day and Dan came out very promptly to help get that resolved (wiring issue, nothing that they did wrong during install*), very much appreciated!

I looked at American Air and another highly rated HVAC in town and comparable furnace, heat pump and fireplace setups (exact same fireplace, actually) and American Air had higher performing and more efficient furnace/heat pump AND we’re affordable (by a considerable amount).

The cherry on top was the communication and customer service levels that we experienced with Tim and the team that led to us going with them. It’s clear they care about servicing their customers from the moment they initially reach out through the lifetime of working with them. Would recommend them to anyone!

5/5 stars. The guys at American Air are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and great to work with. Less than a week between quoting the job and final install. We just had a new ductless heat pump system installed and the experience was nothing short of easy and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with American Air. They maintain good communication, provide prompt service, and quote fair prices— quoted us about 1/3 price of another company. Seth was friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and the company does what they can to try to save you $ with repairs, instead of going straight to the most expensive part and quoting outrageous prices (like others!). Probably the best experience with any HVAC service in WW thus far. I appreciate their service. Thank you!

We worked with Tim and Seth, the PM and lead tech for our mini split project. Tim was knowledgeable and prompt with ordering and scheduling. Seth was great with some on the fly problem solving, and the entire install, functionally and aesthetically is professional and clean. I feel as though the pricing was competitive and fair. Especially for the high quality work. We are very happy and would be happy to work with American Air in the future.

We lost our AC in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the summer and Dan was there the next morning. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed, but the very the next day they were back installing our AC and new furnace by 7:30am. They helped us through all the steps and had it installed by 2pm. I can't say enough about the whole team. From Dan to the office staff, the installers, and Tim who helped us through it all! They even set up a portable unit till ours was done so we could stay cool in one room. Don't waste your time on anyone else call American Air and heating! You won't be sorry!

So far so good! We just had a service car still having to make decisions on what to do.

Recently I was on Facebook and asked a question about a company, American Air. Dan, the owner, reached out to me to see what I needed help with but, after talking, it was not something his company did.
However, upon learning that I had an oil furnace, Dan told me about the Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP), a program that could assist with replacing oil furnaces with a more energy efficient heating system, and possibly pay up to 90% of the cost. I contacted Sustainable Living Center (SLC), who was handling this program and applied, understanding there was a wait list and possibly no current funding available.
During the next couple of weeks, American Air and SLC came out and assessed my home and made recommendations for a replacement heating system. The original heating system had been installed in around 1972 and I bought the home in 1982. They say the average life expectancy of an oil furnace is about 20 years; mine lasted over 50 years! And I'll be darned if my furnace didn't go out on me during the inspection timeframe.
Needless to say, I was frantic. There was a waiting list, there were no current funds available through the CEEP Program, and I did not have around $15,000 to replace my system. Yet, SLC luckily found funds and approved my application in record time.
Within a month I had a new heating system! American Air communicated with me every step of the way on the process of taking my old system out and replacing it with mini-splits in the appropriate rooms to make my home comfortable. They did a great job and completed the project in two days.
Thanks to American Air in letting me know about the CEEP Program and working with me to have a new furnace in my home. And thanks to Sustainable Living Center for approving the funding. I highly recommend Dan and his team for any heating issues. They did a great job!

Dan and his team at American air did an absolutely amazing job installing a gas fireplace in my 1955 ranch. It works great and looks stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work done.

American Air dispatched a service tech very quickly (<24 hours) to my home for a gas leak in our fireplace. Josh arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe and was able to locate and fix the problem quickly without cutting into drywall we originally thought might need to be cut. Josh was friendly and very knowledgeable. 10/10, will call again.

Great service, friendly staff, clearly explained what he found out, and if that wasnt the problem the next visit wouldnt cost anything. Very satisfied!

AA PROVIDED ROUTINE SERVICING OF OUR TWO FURNACES AND SEPARATE AC SYSTEM IN OUR WALLA WALLA HOME. THEY SUBSEQUENTLY DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED A FAILED COMPONENT IN OUR HYDRONIC FLOOR HEAT SYSTEM. OUR TECHNICIAN (CHANCE) WAS TIMELY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND LEFT A CLEAN WORK AREA. OFFICE SUPPORT (KATIE) WAS VERY HELPFULL AND COMMUNICATIVE. I RECOMMEND AA WITHOUT HESITATION.

They came right out when I called. Seth found the problem and explained things clearly. The part was ordered, which came in the next day, and American Air came right back to complete the repair. All staff involved were extremely thorough, courteous, and professional. I truly recommend American Air!
