Did an excellent job deep cleaning our kitchen and bathroom. With very short notice they provided first time service before the holidays. Very hard workers. Non stop scrubbing. Professional, friendly and polite. They bring all their own supplies and products. Just sit back relax and let them clean!

From the first contact and thru till the end, Housemaid Cleaning LLC were very professional. When I had the first meeting with Kevin, he was professional and clear about giving an estimate. Monique was very prompt with the eatimate charges and communicating with me on changes to be made. Even during the holidays they were quick to have a day and time that worked for me. I will definately use them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone that asks about a home cleaning business. Awesome job to all the staff from the top to bottom, it is all of you that make the business run smoothly!

Handmaid cleaning is amazing. I run Clean 'n Dry LLC here in Walla Walla. We often provide carpet cleaning or other floor cleaning after their general cleaning. I recommend them without reservation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and wonderful spirit are amazing. You couldn't ask for a better house cleaning experience.

Fantastic first experience! We called on short notice for assistance cleaning a home that had been empty and neglected for 4 1/2 years. They were able to provide us with 14 hours of cleaning within two days! The transformation was refreshing and quite apparent. It even garnered enthusiastic approval from a family member who is difficult to please. The worst problem in the house was hard water staining from years of neglected toilet cleaning. The white toilet had turned dark rust orange, and we were simply planning to replace it before selling the home. Thanks to Handmaid, we now have a quite usable, clean, white toilet again! This positive experience has even convinced my long-reluctant husband to arrange for Handmaid to visit our home to touch up our own neglected areas. I would definitely recommend Handmaid for any type of service they offer.

I’m leaving a review on Kevin and Grace’s cleaning website, because they don’t have a google listing for their america house cleaning association website. I asked some very simple questions, that were not offensive in any way. However, they did not like the questions we were asking about their association, so they just deleted us as a member on their Facebook group, they didn’t like the discussion we suppose, and blocked us as a professional friend. While we aren’t reviewing their cleaning services, we are reviewing your businesses and association as a whole. I’m leaving this review, because it’s a bit odd to me how defensive the owners of this company became. We don’t know why Kevin and Grace took the actions they did, because they didn’t explain them, and that’s why we are posting this review to their cleaning website. We are very disappointed in their actions as cleaning business owner and association owners. They shouldn’t block others, just because they don’t want to have the conversation, but rather accept having healthy conversations. This is why I give Handmaid and theahca. org a 1 star review.
Perhaps this is why we find our nation in the state that it is in. Debate and discussion is healthy.

I did not hire Handmade Cleaning for personal use. However as a cleaning perfesional I did join Handmaid House Cleaners Group. When Grace and Kevin launched the American House Cleaners Association, I became a member. When they launched their RosieC I subscribed. I paid $100 for installation and paid a subscription fee of $50 for two months. They dropped the project after that. I asked for a refund on my install fee and no response. Grace will give you all the support IF you agree with all of her ideas. If you don't, she verbally abuses you and then kicks you out to silence you. All while claiming to offer a peaceful and inclusive space for housecleaners. She seems sweet but she is extremely toxic and it's time people start speaking out against her Injustice.

Grace and Kevin are a nightmare. If you hire them and never have any questions/concerns/complaints, you might be okay. However, if you have any problems to address, do not expect Grace, nor Kevin's assistance. They are in the business of grabbing money and moving on, and you are nothing but an income stream to them. My stainless steel had streaks on it, my white socks were dirty after they swept and mopped, there was a hair in my shower stall, several items were not dusted properly. Completely unsatisfactory with zero effort to rectify the situation. There are several great companies in Walla Walla, there is no need to hire a company that offers subpar cleaning and non-existent customer service.

Handmaid Cleaning is the most professional and trustworthy cleaning business I have dealt with. They are quick and talented at what they do. I've hired them several times now and each time I've come home to a spotless house. I've even checked really obscure places that most companies don't clean (like inside my bathroom garbage cans), just to see if Handmaid did it, and they did! I was pretty blown away by that. Kevin and Grace are always a pleasure to work with; super nice and great family people. I will be back many times over. Thanks Handmaid!!!

Fantastic work. This was my first home cleaning experience and I was very happy with Handmaid Cleaning. I rent a luxury townhome with a very nice, modern design. However, previous tenants had left water scale in the shower glass and staining in the bathroom tiles. Handmaid Cleaning did a fantastic job of removing the dirt - the tiles and shower look new! Handmaid Cleaning was also very communicative and professional. Connecting with their office team is easy.

Handmaid Cleaning is a great business! Their systems such as their initial phone questions and answers, the site walk through and proposal, billing and follow up emails, all the way down to their thorough cleaning is first rate! Our early 1900 craftsmen house has many little nooks and crannies and odd surfaces and it all looks beautiful again! I highly recommend this company!

These people are wonderful! My family had a large gathering planned in their 1908 home on Sunday. I arrived on Thursday afternoon. Everything had been taken care of EXCEPT the cleaning! Well, I panicked and turned to Yelp and Angie for help. I called and spoke with the owner and he said, "No problem!". They came out on Saturday with a team of cleaners and had the 5,000 sq.foot house ready for company in just a few hours! Very professional and wonderful people to work with!

What a blessing it was to discover Handmaid Cleaning Service! Heather did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning about 30 years of dust and grime off the floors, windowsills, and shelves of my art studio. She truly went above and beyond, and I have never seen the floors look so clean. I will absolutely be using Handmaid's services again.

Terrible experience! I provided all sorts of personal information and got nothing out of the ordeal. After sending property photos as requested, I received a generic message from Kevin but couldn’t reach him afterward. I contacted their corporate office, gave even more personal information, and was told someone would follow up—no one ever did. Weeks later, I called back to have my info deleted, and Ashley hung up on me when I explained the issue. Completely unprofessional, and my situation was never resolved. I do not recommend anyone waste time with this company.
