Francisco was pleasant, professional and got the job done with a smile! He got our sprinklers turned on and cleaned some heads for optimal watering. I will definitely use Sunshine Lawn Care again and I highly recommend them!

Sunshine Lawn & Landscaping installed a sprinkler system into our existing lawn and put up a beautiful privacy fence on either side of our house. Francisco was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and his crew were very polite and were meticulous about restoring and cleaning up the job site. We will, definitely, hire them to do a more extensive landscaping project we are planning in the near future.

When a soccer ball was the final straw in our wood fence Sunshine was at the top of the list of recommendations I received. Francisco came out quickly to give us an estimate for vinyl to match our neighbors, answered my many (many) questions, and scheduled and completed the project on my timeframe and without issue (even though the subgrade was different than as expected). In such a small community, a personable, kind, helpful, and respectful contractor is a huge find. Francisco and his team at Sunshine will forever be my recommendation and in my contacts for any job I might be able to throw their way. Gems, all of them. Thanks Sunshine for making this hard to please soccer mom's summer.

Christian and the team at Sunshine Lawn Care were great with our landscaping needs. Christian was quick to come out and assess out needs, provided an estimate the next day, and got on us on their books quickly. We had them do an entire yard cleanup and they will be installing a retaining wall. We will definitely be calling them again for future yard projects. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the work Sunshine Lawn Care and Landscaping did transforming our old decks and porch. We now have beautiful paver walks, steps and patio area with a fire pit and seating, not to mention rock flower beds! So glad we chose them and the beautiful pavers they used! We are beyond impressed with the work done by our landscaper. From start to finish everything was handled with complete professionalism. There were no hidden costs, every detail was clearly communicated, and they even anticipated everything that needed to be done, including moving sprinklers and adding sod to fix the bare areas. Francisco was there every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect throughout the process.

I recently purchased a home in Tri-cities and unfortunately I had some issues with my irrigation system and as it turned out I also needed a retaining wall installed to maximize my backyard space. When we moved to our house in College Place, our backyard was virtually unusable. We were on a slope in a fully developed neighborhood with a 6 foot graveled hill behind us and retaining walls on each side. We searched for a landscaper who could help us figure out what to do but had little success. In fairness, some of that may have been the aftermath of Covid. Responses ranged from the outright rude to the exorbitant. A friend recommended sunshine to us and within a few days Francisco came over to look over our problem. He was familiar with local regulation and suggested a retaining wall to deal with our hill, apologized for the cost estimate given that access to the area meant that virtually all work would have to be done manually. We agreed, assuming work might be started in the spring. That was not the case, Francisco and his crew arrived in early December ready for work and in four days dug out our hill and replaced it with a beautiful retaining wall complete with drains and overhaul of our irrigation system. The sunshine crew were remarkably hard-working, carrying dirt out and blocks in. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the project.
Their efforts have completely transformed our backyard and I'm sure added value to our property. We would recommend sunshine lawn care and landscaping without reservation.

Sprinkler broke a couple weeks ago, and they came out and fixed it was confused on how to use my Rainbird irrigation system and Christian took his time to help me understand how to make adjustments! Will call again when I need help with my next project!

I love how Sunshine Landscaping transformed my front yard! It accomplished my main goal of water conservation by replacing the lawn with drought tolerate plants and turned out beautifully. I'm not a photographer, so the picture doesn't do it justice. The plants are just babies right now, but can't wait to see when everything grows!!! Nacho and his crew did a fantastic job of installing pavers to set off a planned garden, and taking out the old concrete sidewalk and replacing it with other pavers. We get compliments all the time about the new look! We still have work to do with the rest of the landscaping but the improvement is terrific.

Francisco’s crew just finished the landscaping of our lawn today. The results are amazing!!! His crew was so fast and professional and the new lawn speaks for itself. Francisco has been great to work with and gave us a lot of advice and tips of how to take care of the new lawn. I really appreciate his how friendly, straight forward and honest he is with his quotes and work. I would highly recommend his service and would hire him again.

I reached out to Sunshine Landscape & Pools LLC. very early in the year to beat the spring rush and get my sprinkler system repaired. A technician came out initially to assess the job and said they would take it on. After that visit, I didn’t hear anything for about a month, so I followed up. I was told a tech would be out again soon to provide an actual quote.
Over the next two months and several follow-up calls (about four in total), someone finally came to mark the yard for repairs. I later received a call with a quote in the $800–$1,200 range, which I agreed to. Two more weeks passed with no updates, and I had to call again to ask when the work would begin. I was given another two-week window. When that came and went, I called again and was told they were waiting for utility markings. The lines were marked soon after, but again, no one came or followed up.
By this time, what started as a proactive early-season call had turned into most of my yard browning out—about 70% dead. I made another call asking for a specific start date. That date passed with no visit. Finally, after having a friend call on my behalf, they showed up and completed the job—about four months after my original call.
Then, months later, I got a message from the owner saying my bill was about to be sent to collections. I hadn’t received a single invoice, and it turned out they were emailing it to the wrong address the whole time. No paper invoice was ever sent to my home until it was "well past due". To make matters worse, the final bill came out to just under $3,000—more than double the high end of the original estimate.
While the sprinklers were technically repaired, the pressure was never properly adjusted, so although water is coming out, the coverage is poor and the backyard remains mostly dry and dead.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, repeated delays, a final bill far above the estimate, and subpar results. I cannot recommend Landscape & Pools LLC based on this experience.
