Needing a new roof, I put the job out for bid. The Colbalt Exteriors company was selected to do the job. I found the company professional not only the leadership, but the crew also. The cost was reasonable and fair. and most importantly the quality of the work was outstanding. Working with Kevin and Corbin was a pleasure.

Cobalt exteriors took our deposit in June of 2022 and never did work. They scheduled a date to start work, didn’t show up and then had weeks of unresponsiveness from Kevin (the owner). When they finally called us, they acted as if nothing had happened. We voiced that we weren’t pleased, and Corbin (the owners son I believe) simply hung up on us. They wouldn’t answer our calls or emails. We never heard from them again and never received a refund of our 3500 deposit. The BBB profile for this business shows they have done this to numerous customers.

Very happy with my new roof and skylight. the Cobalt team was fantastic, work was well done in a timely fashion, site cleanup was well done, communication with the supervisor was excellent, employees were polite. Would definitely hire again!

Porch replacement: Had a great experience with this company - special thanks to Lisa, Ryan, Kevin, Corbin, Tanner and Chase. Lisa responded immediately to an on-line request for info - friendly and professional; Ryan worked on estimate and had it ready before he left. Job was scheduled right away. Company owner Kevin came out in person to deliver the trailer for debris. When work was complete, Corbin spotted a wayward plank used and Tanner came out to replace it. Appreciated the way I was treated by this team. Located in Woodinville but team members came all the way out to south Seattle to help me with my project.

Kevin and the team recently replaced our roof. While on site they were very considerate, came and communicated every morning, cleaned up after themselves and followed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The roof looks great & I would recommend Cobalt Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

Cobalt did a great job on our roof repair. They were quick to send someone out to give an estimate and fit us in within two weeks. They were responsive to questions/requests and provided before and after pictures of the repair.

I had a great experience with Cobalt Exteriors from the moment I spoke with Lisa. I was concerned about the siding of my house as the weather is getting wetter by the day. She was my first point of contact and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel like I had made a great choice. She told me that Kevin, her husband would be coming out to address my concerns and that they are a family business(son also works with them), and that they would give me the best possible advise without any sales agenda. Kevin arrived on time and walked around my home calling out some minor things that I could do to prolong the life of my siding. I'm sure that I will be doing business with Lisa and Kevin in the near future.

I contracted Cobalt for work in August. They were supposed to do my siding, gutters, and build me a new deck/porch.

They completed the work on the gutters and most of the contracted work on the siding, but have no started any work on the porch. That was in September.

As of December 4th, 2024, Cobalt refunded me for the work that was not yet done.

Cobalt Exteriors did a wonderful job on our recent exterior renovation project. They replaced our roof and installed Hardee siding, gutters, downspouts, two windows, a front door, and two sets of hand rails. They also removed a wooden front porch that was in bad shape. Cobalt did all of this work at a very fair price in comparison to the other quotes we received. We also appreciated they could do all of this work, instead of having to hire out other contractors for say removal of the deck or installation of the front door. Once the work started, Cobalt was excellent about keeping us in the loop and phasing the project so things like the dumpster and portable toilet were on site for as little time as necessary. They kept a clean worksite and all of the craftsmen (and craftswomen) were professional and timely. Cobalt is a customer service oriented company who made sure we were 100% happy with the end result. The beauty of the final product speaks for itself and should give us decades of peace of mind that the exterior envelope of our home is in good shape.

Great quality of work and great communication. This outfit does not cut corners, uses top quality materials and methods. We had some unexpected changes due to some shortcuts in the original construction, and Kevin presented the alternatives and revised estimates. Although the project expanded in scope, the crew stayed on it, scrambled to get the additional materials and even worked over the weekend to make up for weather and project expansion delays. The final outcome was outstanding, way better than we had expected. The crew even took the time for a couple of custom special requests that really made things nice.
Kevin and crew were fast, efficient and courteous and made sure to keep checking back to see that everything was to our satisfaction.

We worked with Cobalt on a complete residing project. They were priced competitively, and the product and timeline exceeded our expectations. There was substantial additional work due to some structural rot, which was also priced very fairly. Great company to work with.

We just had a lot of work done to our house by Colbalt Exteriors. From the first call and everything in between, this company is legit! We hired them to replace our deck, front porch, soffits, fascias, a couple of windows, our sliding glass door, and exterior paint. Everyone on the crew was great to work with, fun to be around, but most importantly, they made sure the job was done right! We would highly recommend them for your exterior needs. First off, Kevin was super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and resolve my issues the same day. Very happy with the work that was done and can easily say Kevin saved me thousands of dollars.
