There was a plumbing issue and water leaked into my apartment. Amor sent two men to replace and paint the ceiling. They did a good job. Came on time as scheduled and left with no mess. They cleaned up before they left. I would use them again.

I was fortunate enough to have AMOR Construction do the repair on the water damage at my condo. The company did an outstanding job on the repair and each worker was extremely skilled in returning my living space to it's original condition. I had great experience working with Amor Restoration. I had huge water damage to the floors and part of crawl space and Amor did the finishing work- from putting new subfloors, floors and replacing insulation in the crawl space. I was very impressed with the quality of work of their contractors - from the punctuality, cleanup and final finishes everything went faster and better than expected. Personally I would like to thank Robert and Brian- the project manager. Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them any time!

Echoing what another reviewer said, this company is awful. The owner is incredibly rude, and his son who is their project manager doesn’t return calls or messages and ghosts for weeks at a time. They seem to have no control over their workers or their schedule. On top of this, the quality of their work is unacceptably bad. Like literally everything that their employees did was shoddy. They repaired a water damaged unit, and not a single thing was done well: drywall repair and paint, flooring replacement , door and baseboard trim install and paint, and hardware install was all done as if it was the employees first day on the job. They didn’t even complete all the work and are ghosting me. The project manager never once did a quality walk on the job to make sure things were done well, or to determine the scope of things needing to be done. They are begging to be sued. See photos for what they consider to be a finished product in a nice unit.

Amor was responsive, professional, and efficient. Everything was communicated clearly and there were no surprises when having my repairs done after a water leak.

My condo was flooded by another unit. Amor did the repair work. They were very good at communicating what needed to be done as well as the timing. The work they did was top notch. They made an unfortunate situation much more bearable. I will definitely use them again for remodeling and highly recommend them.

I had a ceiling sprinkler leak and so I needed drywall replaced. Amor came out quickly and fixed the drywall, plus textured and painted. I understand drywall work is difficult, especially if you're not experienced. I had drywall work done by another company before and I still notice the terrible job to this day. I am happy with Amor and would use them again in the future.

The best thing about Amor is they worked everyday for the full day. It made my restoration move along quickly. There were a few paint splatters on the kitchen tile and when I showed it to them, they sent someone immediately to get it cleaned up. The workers were all very friendly and listened to my concerns. I had the impression they enjoyed their job.

There was profuse water leak from the ceiling through the chandelier. AMOR crew did a super job in putting my place back together in no time.

Project Manager Brian was an outstanding coordinator in his dispatch of service techs and vendors. He planned flawlessly the timeline every step of the way. The overall results were A+++!

Estimator Dylan was courteous, detailed and efficient in putting the various works that needed to be done. I appreciate very much when he sent me the electrician to safety-check to ensure things were in good order before the restoration started.

The technician, Julio, was hard working in restoring the walls and painting for the entire week, full time. In the end, he even took the time to wash the stairs outside my unit to ensure my neighbors wouldn't have anything to complain.

I was thankful for Brian to pick the living room chandelier and kitchen ceiling lamp. After the ceiling light fixtures were fixed and replaced by his electric vendor, he sent in another crew to pad and clean the carpet.

The last definitely not least tech to my apartment to wrap up the job was another exclusive employee. His name is Daryl.
Daryl was friendly and efficient. He placed all the let-loose kitchen and window fixtures back together. He painted what's left undone of the walls and carpet anchoring. He re-assembled the computer desk, reconnected all the tangled wires to get the TV and computer back to working condition. All in a couple of hours!

All in all, the work done by AMOR crew was a slam-dunk. All the crews in each sector accomplished their job so professionally. They were able to perform in measuring up to the ServePro's motto, "Like it has never happened." As a customer, I was profusely impressed, if not astonished, by the high caliber of each and every member of AMOR who has represented their company so well. They are all exceptionally nice, intelligent and professional.

Spence is amazing! I’ve worked on many projects and will continue do more in the future. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. Can’t asked for more!

Spence is professional and very competent. He helped us with a tricky plumbing situation and got things up to code. Passed inspection today! He was available to answer questions even on off-hours. Super cool guy with awesome workmanship that I highly recommend!!

I’m just a tenant in the building, but I work in the property services industry myself — and I was genuinely impressed watching Pluto Property Services at work. They did a full exterior restoration on our place: recaulking, membrane work, and a full paint job, all done by rope access.

From what I saw, these guys don’t cut corners. Clean lines, proper prep, and everything was done safely and professionally. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work, which isn’t something I see often — even from the inside of the industry.

Our building looks brand new now, and it was cool to see a crew doing it right. If I owned a place or managed properties, I’d hire Pluto in a heartbeat.

Spence saved us! After returning home to a massive water leak at our home, Spence promptly came over, quickly detected the hidden leak, stopped the water flow, and then fixed it all within 24 hours. To say we are amazed and incredible grateful would be an understatement. His kindness, flexibility and communication are top notch and I will be telling all of my friends and family to call Pluto when they need help. Incredible local business!

We were unsure if the remodel would stay under budget. Throughout the process, they were forthright about the expenses and assisted us in making financially sound decisions. The job progressed steadily and without surprises. After everything was finished, the bathroom looked wonderful and stayed within our budget.
