Nazir arrived on time, and went right to work. He found that we needed a new part, which he ordered. When the part comes in, he will return to complete the repair. He was great.
This has nothing to do with the performance of the technicians except to say they were great. I find myself losing faith in my country as it once again appears to be about to be taken over by xenophobia. The lead technician is an immigrant from Ukraine and his assistant from Russia. It gives me hope that America can still welcome fine young men like these. I only wish we could send Russia compensation in the form on Donald Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Bobert, Greg Abbot, Matt Gaetz and a couple of hundred more.
