He worked extremely hard digging the trench to run electricity to our shed and maintained a smile and positive attitude even as he dug in the middle of a torrential downpour and fierce winds. I had Vance back to install a ductless mini split system. Todd, Calvin, Chestin, Damian and Dennis (Denny) were all involved, and Rory was back, too. I am very impressed with the service I received from everyone at Vance, and the Daikin mini split system they installed was exactly what I was wanting. I signed up for their service plan on the system because I know I will continue to receive great service with Vance.

Just had Daniel out to check a mini-split head unit that stopped working overnight. Daniel was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a probable power surge only requiring a system reset. Daniel recommended we add a surge protector for our electrical system to avoid future recurrence of the problem. There was no charge even we had him out on a Saturday.

Our elderly mother called Vance to check out her furnace (she was hearing it turn on noisily). Vance tech came the day before Thanksgiving, and mom understood that the tech had condemned the furnace and turned off gas. We got a second opinion and the furnace seemed ok. Brother-in-law called Vance to get the scoop on why furnace had been condemned and shut down. Mom misunderstood some of the report. Long story, but Vance is looking into repair or replacement under warranty. Thank you!

Moises did a fabulous job checking the heating systems in all 8 of our homes. This program helps us to feel confident that our heating and cooling systems are ready for winter. He was polite, on time, very knowledgeable and we knew that he knew what he was doing and we were in good hands. We have always enjoyed working with Vance Heating and Cooling.

We were already using Vance for our HVAC maintenance and we were very happy. We had flickering cabinet lights in our house (new construction) so we called them about that too. Rory at Vance figured out the problem and got it fixed for us—fast, friendly, thorough. Glad to have them in our phone book for next time we have a problem!

Vance did an exceptional job helping me with my issue. It only took them a day to send someone out and the technician, Carlos, was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed my issue within maybe 10-20 minutes and then offered solutions. One even included an immediate repair which he was able to implement within an additional 10 minutes and I had AC again. The price was more than fair and the timeliness was much appreciated. God forbid it but, I'd be happy to have them help me again.

Calvin and his team installed a new furnace/AC for us and they did a great job. Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We’ve always been happy with the service we’ve received from Vance!

I used to be a customer of their HVAC maintenance plan for years. I was generally OK with the overall service for the most part, even though they have had some questionable issues with some of their workers who weren’t really all of that competent nor were some of them ethical. I finally lost any and all trust and faith in them this year when I called them over an issue with my HVAC which was discovered by some workers that I had hired to do some work underneath my home. I called Vance Heating and Air and explained to them about the problem and that I’d like to have it looked at and addressed to be corrected. The receptionist said that she would go ahead and schedule me for my fall HVAC maintenance plan heating system check-up and they’d address the issue I was calling about at that time. Upon the arrival of the technician, he did the fall maintenance check-up and looked at the issue I had called about. He called another individual with the company and after speaking with him they quoted me a price for addressing and fixing the issue… I agreed with the quote and was promised that they would be out the following Monday to address and fix the problem. They never showed up and they never called. I waited to hear back but they never contacted me, finally after waiting for over 1 ½ months I called to speak with the owner. When the receptionist answered and I asked to speak with the owner she told me that the owner “he’s almost never here.” I finally agreed, after her repeatedly refusing to get me in contact with the owner, to speak with the main shift supervisor on duty. However, she stated that he wasn’t available at the moment and that he’d have to call me back. After over a week later I have never heard back from him either. Apparently, even after years of being a Loyal Customer, Vance Heating and Air has lost all sense of respect, responsibility, care or concern for their customers. They most certainly do not have any ethics or morals anymore and they provided the evidence to me when I called up today to cancel my HVAC maintenance service account and the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask me why(?), simply because they really don’t care!

FOLLOW-UP TO - Vance Heating and Air Response:

Their response only came after I posted my review of the problems and issues I had with them. In their response they stated that they attempted to contact me twice when in fact it was only once which is far from their own claim of two times. However, at this point in time it is to little to late as they have already disrespected me in the way I was treated and handed or in other words ignored. My simple advice is to not do business with these people!

Great service. Completed the job so quickly. Christian knew what he was doing, and did it very well! Had us up and running before we knew it!
Will definitely use Vance for any future issues!

Vance sent technician Chris to our house to do a system maintenance of our heat pump. He was timely, did a very thorough inspection, and was a very good to deal with. Extremely happy with his service.

Carlos arrived this morning to repair our furnace. He arrived ahead of schedule and was able to diagnose our furnace's issue to get it back up and running. He was friendly and professional and we would welcome him back when we find ourselves in need of HVAC repair. Vance has proven, once again, they are the best!
